Just watched the E:60 on Hall, I know it was 6 months ago, but I was wondering the guy was still alive for the last year and this is how I heard about it. Incredibly sad, but alot of things were explained. Especially what messed him up so bad. It makes sense, I could see killing a man do alot of mental damage. So I guess Hall was on drugs during the infamous show last year, but he was also fresh out of the hospital and the promoter looks like a complete douche. I also can't believe how much money the WWE has paid for Hall's rehab, $600,000 wow. It was nice to see he was talking to his son again and building a relation, but he did look rough. I can't imagine he will be alive much longer, but if he can build a relationship with his son before he does good for him.
On other news according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Hall was released from a WWE sponsered rehab on 3/6 and on 3/7 he was at the Team Vision Dojo helping his son Cody train to be a wrestler.
I still don't understand why his son would want to be a pro wrestler after seeing what has happened to his dad. I think it has more has to do with having a relationship with him and this is about the only way to do it.

If i remember the story correctly...
Hall was a bouncer at a bar, got into a fight with a guy over a girl. The other guy pulled out a gun, and in the struggle Hall shot him in the head and killed him. Due to lack of evidence, the charges were dropped.
If you can find the E:60 segment on youtube, it's really well done and worth watching.

Like Eric Bischoff said, Wrestling isn't killing Scott Hall, Scott Hall is killing Scott Hall.

Yes, Scott Hall did kill a man. I watched the show on E60 and I have to say that it was very eye-opening and very sad. I cannot get over that massive douche of a promoter who wouldn't give refunds to the fans. Poor Scott Hall.

Pretty much everyone agree on the point that it wasn't wrestling that caused Scott Hall's problems although I still think it has a hand. If he didn't wrestle the drinking/drug problem might have been confronted by his family sooner and he wouldn't have an escape like being on the road to hide it from them. It might not have been able to develop to the levels it did in wrestling. The story of him shooting the guy outside the bar in a physical altercation seems to be the stem of everything causing the post-traumatic stress disorder. The reason it surprises me is just how much his mother is against it, although if you have seen her work on social networks she isn't the most well adjusted person herself. Also it really did play a part in Scott not being able to be a father, granted the addiction did most of the damage especially after wrestling.
