Search up "FCW 3/18/12 - Kassius Ohno (Chris Hero) FCW Debut Match Vs Xavier Woods" on YouTube or find the username CultOfThePeople.

Good match, but I think Xavier Woods got in a bit too much offense. The match should have been more about what Kassius Ohno could do in the ring.

That was my first thought watching it but then I remembered that Woods has been there awhile and isn't exactly a jobber from what I know so Ohno shouldn't have dominated him. Beside, I think it looks better for him to be against a guy that puts up a fight and he overcomes than to just dominate someone.

I wasn't that impressed by Ohno. I said the same thing about that triple threat match that popped up on youtube not long ago.

I've seen him do much better in tag matches on the indies, and his elbow usually looks better. I just think he's going to need some time in FCW to work out the kinks. Well, that's me being optimistic. The important thing is that they aren't pulling a Sin Cara and bringing him straight to the main roster. I hope that he'll be better by the time he gets called up.

He'll be fine. He's had maybe 4 matches in the 6-7 months prior to that match and was working a different style than he ever worked before. If he's not on the main roster by Nov. I'll be shocked.

Haven't seen the match yet but I hope he isn't as bad as people are saying because when he was a part of the KoW and SnS Inc etc. I thought he'd be great in the 'E. He used to be able to wrestle rings around most of the guys in WWE and is certainly better on the mic than most guys they have. Hoping you're all well off base.

A poll would be pointless, as I'm sure that you're one of the only people on this board that feels this way.

Man, that match suuuuuuuuuucked. No chemistry, no charisma on KO's part, a ton of awkwardness, and a weak finish.

It's one thing to say someone needs a bit of time in developmental to learn a new style, but it's another to say he's so bad he'll be down there for at least 2 years or end up never being called. It's his first match in FCW, and not even a bad one. I'd bet he'll end up being called up sometime this year, or early next year.

Tell that to Seth Rollins who debuted in October of 2010. Seth was nowhere near as polished in the ring as HerOhno or as comfortable on the mic as him. Light years difference between the two.

Also Seth Rollins didn't need all that time to get ready for the main roster. Sure he needed some time, but it looks like he's been ready to get called up for months. The WWE just doesn't want to bring him up when they have nothing for him to do.

I'm watching the whole show right now. I thought the match started out slow and not very impressive, but it picked up a alright towards the end. Not the greatest debut ever, but as mentioned by Ric, Ohno's adjusting to a different style and having not wrestled a whole bunch in the past half-year or so.
Yeah, not a great match, but he's just getting warmed up.
