Anyone half-expect Laurinaitis to strip Sheamus of the title, and it for it be awarded to either del Rio or Bryan? If the latter it might actually serve to make this storyline interesting. I wouldn't be surprised if they did something like that. What the f*** kind of 1988 booking is this where any heel can't legitimately win unless they practically steal the f***ing belt? Cause it was so much better in the Attitude Era? Like with the Montreal Screw Job, or Kane and Undertaker beating Austin in what amounted to a handicapped match or Rock recreating the Montreal Screw job, or piping in Foley voice saying I quit off a tape,

I don't remember the last time a heel won a world title legit one on one.

I think Orton did quite a few times, too. Obviously the first time, but I think in his feud with Cena he won clean. Well, clean as you can in the neverending parade of gimmick matches.

The attitude Era is essentially the opposite of 1988 booking, I was showing even with opposite booking the heels still had to pretty much steal the title.

Exactly, which is why I wouldn't count Sheamus either, since I believe even the f***ing announcers said it was a fluke.

He won the Hell in a Cell mostly clean - there was a ref bump and Cena made him tap during it, but even WWE didn't really play that up - but otherwise no, he spent most of that whole year getting his ass kicked.

Did anyone ever confirm who the person was who got beat by the face team in the dark match?
My bets are on Bryan.

I wonder if AJ can be a face anytime soon? In WWE logic, she is; but the real questions are whether or not they'll keep having Bryan abuse her for heat and if they'll turn her heel later.

I didn't say have a match this week. Just declare his title rematch at Extreme Rules...that would give them plenty of time to tweak the storyline. But instead, we're going to get Del Rio and Sheamus...which to be honest...I couldn't care less about. Its still pretty early, man. It could be a triple threat. ^ Exactly. So calm yo man-tits, everyone. This isn't the end for D-Bryan. I'm sure the WWE acknowledges the fact that he's over as hell and will do something about it. It would be stupid to ignore those chants.

Just tell me when Triple H fires Laurinaitis and ends heel authority figures for the time being...

Surprisingly, the faces won when Cena pinned Kane after an AA. Ah man, that doesn't fit with the CONSPIRACY! Not a conspiracy, just a general assumption. Excuse me for having doubts about WWE doing the right thing, after all I guess I should be fooled for the 850th time. It would be stupid to ignore those chants. This is WWE we're talking about.
