A little bit, but nothing very noticeable. Nothing like Hogan or Davey Boy Smith. I do think the Rock has been juicing though. It's pretty popular in Hollywood and there isn't any testing. He is also huger than he ever was in the WWE.

It's incredibly difficult to have the same physique that you had in your twenties at age 39. Not even the same, but even BETTER. Sure, he's not getting suplexed 25 nights a month, so he's probably able to take better care of himself. But still, it would not surprise me whatsoever if he was on HGH. |

Samoans tend to carry more fat in the upper body like that, I figure that's why he had those. Look at Rikishi, Headsrinkers, Yoko, even the Usos have kind of flabby upper bodies despite being in good shape.

Age and Alcohol/other drugs can also cause it, but I don't see it on The Rock, it's obvious on Triple H though.

It is more likely he is on supplements which really aren't too much better than HGH or steroids. People at gyms and even a lot of crazy nutritionists will tell you otherwise but they are either lying or just plain stupid. |
