Just wondering if Johnny Ace has legitimate heat with anyone.

Pretty sure Bubba Ray Dudley didn't care for him. That was supposedly the main reason he and D'von didn't resign when they got released years back.

I remember Cole and Josh making fun of him during NXT season 3 when talking about the divas, but it's hard to tell if it was done in a "I hate that guy" kind of way or "Oh man, that lovable goofball" kind of way.

You could ask the question about anyone and Cornette would be a correct answer.

Matt Hardy despises him, has for years, if I recall. I also don't know if Spike Dudley likes him, it's been a while.
JBL made fun of him a few times, but it could have been ribbing. Lance Storm named him as the agent he enjoyed working with the most in WCW, I think.

Guy he's had to fire with huge chips on their shoulders because they failed to get over or clean up their act but would rather blame him than take personal responsibility are probably going to top this list......

In this vein I remember an interview from Charlie Haas who said something along the lines of he's the man that officially fires you... whoever is in that position is going to catch a lot of heat from people.

I think Taker isn't a fan after the hepatitus incident with Orton.

This is pretty much it. When JR was in that position, a lot of guys didn't like him or would talk shit about him in shoots.

if you listen to Lance Storm's shoot, you get the impression that Johnny was brought to WCW just to be an agent but was so good at it that he was made booker at the end of 2000/beginning of 2001 for when Bischoff would buy the company. He was then used as liason to the WCW guys during the purchase by WWE since that was his job in Japan with gaijins.
As for the question, all three Dudleys do. Bubba and D'Von are for a more personal reason as they wouldn't even mention it in their shoot. Spike felt he was lied to about angles and potential jobs after he was done wrestling (becoming an agent or in production).
Matt Hardy was more mad that he felt Johnny took Edge's side over the whole Lita thing.
Kevin Nash seemed to think he wasn't qualified for the job.

Kevin Nash seemed to think he wasn't qualified for the job. Nash had my favorite response to anyone asking about him. Interviewer: What you think of all the people in the business who say Johnny Ace is the Antichrist? Nash: Johnny Ace is too stupid to be the Antichrist.

in hindsight I honestly believe Matt Hardy DESERVED to be fired. yeah Lita cheating on him with Edge is something that would've pissed off anyone. but it was totally unprofessional to blab about it the way he did.
