it's storyline. WWE never uses "fired" for official stuff. They always wish them well in future endeavors. they only do that for people who are fired, with the exception of Ace saying it to Morrison on TV, the Bellas aren't leaving because they're fired, they're leaving cause their contract expired. |

I'm surprised at how many seem to think this is just some angle that will be continued next week when JBL, Batista, John Morrison, and Chris Jericho, both in 2005 and 2010, were "written out" of the show when they quit WWE.

They made the Diva's division ever so slightly more interesting because they weren't the predictable norm. Kharma will be released next. They were ABSOLUTELY the predictable norm. Whenever the Bellas were in the ring, you could expect a short, mediocre match. This firing is no loss. |

Where was Kharma dammit? Even if it was just to keep her name fresh in the fans memories, she should have squashed the Bellas on their way out. That's the way it goes. You lose to Layla on your way out, you get the Kharma treatment.

Exactly, the Bellas weren't written off though. They just randomly announced firing them, in passing on commentary during a match. even though one of them had a title last night, her first title at that. This is an odd way to write someone out if they're really gone. |

Then why announce it on TV and put it on their site? They don't usually do that with people whose contracts run out. They just leave and aren't mentioned again. The fact that the WWE is trying to make people aware of it all screams work. |
