Each one of those Sheamus/Del Rio pictures comes with their own pack of apathy.

I always thought the Vengeance 2002 ones looked lazy. "Hey everyone its Vengeance!!.....so...." Yeah, I just posted that one cos I always find it weird seeing Edge and Hogan as Tag Champs together. I think it is more weird seeing Hogan across from Lance Storm on a PPV match...

What was the actual story with this? Cause it seems really really dumb that you wouldn't go with a surefire draw (at that point) like Hogan/Flair

Cause it seems really really dumb that you wouldn't go with a surefire draw (at that point) like Hogan/Flair IIRC, no one could decide on a finish (ergo, neither Flair or Hogan wanted to job) so WWE quickly turned around and came up with Savage/Flair and Hogan/Sid. EDIT: Oh, and the press conference was used to setup those matches for the previously announced Hogan/Flair.

The kayfabe reason was super confusing and not very clearly elaborated on. Hogan was announced challenger to Flair at WrestleMania by President Jack Tunney. Sid Justice freaked out and accused Tunney of favoritism and said Hogan cost him the title at Royal Rumble (which he totally did) and said Hogan had no chance to beat Flair. After pretending to make amends with Hogan, Sid Justice turned on him in a tag match on Saturday Nights Main Event and threatened Brutus Beefacke the next day. Jack Tunney then made Hogan vs. Justice to give Hogan a chance at revenge and to prove that his office wasn't corrupt (although that's a dubious way of doing that) and then named Macho Man the new number 1 contender for no good reason. In real life, the Flair vs. Hogan house show program they ran in late 91 early 92 didn't draw very well so Vince decided to go with Sid vs. Hogan with Hogan teasing retirement because he thought it would be a stronger draw. That is what Meltzer has said and that is what they heavily suggested on the most recent Wrestlemania DVD. EDIT: Oh, and the press conference was used to setup those matches for the previously announced Hogan/Flair. Yeah, that Sid picture was from immediately after it was announced. I just included it because I thought it was a funny visual and shows how stupid the kayfabe reason for changing the matches was

The way that Shawn appears to be leaning on Diesel's shoulder is a tad.......uncomfortable.

What's the deal with the graphics for matches that didn't happen? Are they just photoshops or are they legit?

I did love the little detail of The Hurricane flying into the corner on that card.

You have Jeff Jarrett looking like Dolly Parton, Anvil telling Owen a very special secret and Shawn and Diesel snuggling. I wonder what those teamsters were doing on those long road trips.
