Oh, that loss is not on Romo at all. I just think that Eli is clearly better than him. Odd that if Manningham catches that (perfect) throw for a TD, the game might look a lot different for Dallas. I think they would have won if he did. Neither defense could stop anyone else unless they forced a turn over. The Giants didn't even "stop" Dallas on their next to final drive. Romo just over threw a wide open receiver. That drop was the best thing that happened to the Giants.

Well, they're saying Demarco Murray's going to miss the rest of the season. Normally, as an Eagles fan this would be good news. However, Murray is on my fantasy team and is one of my two RBs on the team. And he's gone the week before the playoffs start. F***. My. Life. If it's any consolation, in two of my leagues my RBs to start the year were Jamaal Charles and Felix Jones. In one of the leagues I'm out, and in the other I clinched a playoff spot this week with my starting RB duo of Toby Gerhart and Stephens-Howling, leaving LT on the bench for some reason.

He's not on the same level as Rodgers, but then no one is. But I think he's right now on the next tier. Man, imagine if the Giants and Broncos played each other this season? Who would out-FOURTH QUARTER MAGIC~! the other? Agree with all of this. I don't watch a ton of Giants games, but Eli has impressed the hell out of me the last two weeks. That guy can make every throw there is, and he's fun to watch. There's a lot of teams that would love to have Eli as their QB, probably including the Cowboys. I can't speak for all Giant fans, but in this 4 game losing streak, Eli has been the one person doing his part throughout, and I don't blame him for the Giant struggles. It would be nice if he had some help from these inconsedent players and that idiot Guillbride.

Is it wrong that I want the Broncos and Giants to meet for the Super Bowl to get the worst 3 quarters in Super Bowl history, followed by the best 4th Quarter ever? Seriously, when it comes down to winning time give me Tebow or Eli right now... if I can't have Rodgers Eli shows up for the first 3 quarters, and then steps it up in the 4th. Tebow wouldn't likely get a shot at a comeback unless his defense becomes even more clutch.

It just boggles my mind that the Arizona Cardinals are still in the hunt for a wild card spot. They also have a winnable final three games (Browns, Bengals, Seahawks). If they end up winning those three and have a winning record...just to miss the playoffs by one game...we can all look back at the game with the Giants and that stupid, stupid call in the Giants favor.
On another note, Seahawks vs Rams. What are the odds that the Seahawks D can put up 50+ points for me tomorrow night? (Prays for three Pick 6's)

4 teams in the AFC can go 13-3 into the playoffs. Imagine if the curse strikes them all.

It would be nice if he had some help from these inconsedent players and that idiot Guillbride. I really don't know how any Giants fan would be able to point the finger at Eli. He's easily better than last year, especially with turnovers. And like last year, a lot of the interceptions aren't entirely his fault. Looking at the GODAWFUL offensive lines on both New York and Chicago, it makes you appreciate just how good guys like Eli Manning and Jay Cutler are. I think they'd be unstoppable if the offensive lines could actually protect anything worth a damn on a consistent basis. Well, Cutler's injury notwithstanding. If it wasn't for Rodgers having one of the all-time great seasons, I think Eli would be in the running for MVP.

I don't think that be possible even with 3 Pick 6's. In our league it is. We get 2 points per interception plus 6 for the touchdown. As crappy as the Rams have played, I can see the Seahawks shutting them out, especially with how they played the Eagles last week. (27 points) I had eternal hope my Cards would make the MLB playoffs and I have just as much eternal hope that the Rams will suck like no team has ever sucked before. Make it happen you not so magnificent bastards you!

The Pats are a three-man team (Brady, Welker, Gronkowski) and have a suspect defense.
This team is gonna live and die with Brady throwing to those two.

If it weren't for Eli Manning, The Giants would probably be dead last in the NFC East by themselves.

If there were an NFL Coordinator of the Year award, it has to be Wade Phillips.
Conversely, the Coordinator Fail of the Year- today aside- is Juan Castillo.

Tom Coughlin is the Rasputin of coaches ala Wayne Fontes was for the Lions.
Figuratively, he is the coach that will not die.

I'm really starting to believe that Eli Manning is 100% legit elite. He's finally winning me over. I think he deserves to be a class above the Tony Romos & Philip Riverses of the world. Absolutely. I said this last week after Skip Bayless made a comment about taking Romo over Eli but it bears repeating: Eli Manning, while inconsistant at times, has actually won some big games when it matters...including a Superbowl. Romo absolutely s***s his pants whenever the spotlight is on him. But because he's a Cowboy, we're supposed to believe that he is much better than he is. Rivers....same deal. His playoff performance against NE a few years back where he played with the ACL injury (and damn enar knocked N.E off) was amazing. Aside from that, he hasnt won much either. As much as I dislike Eli, he's clearly better than either of them
