Come on guys, it's not so bad.
Right now I mean, in future there's a good chance it could ruin the Knockouts- wait a minute. They are pretty much ruined creatively as it is right now, what's the harm in getting a new persons angle on it? Maybe it's a masterplan in kayfabe by Hulk, he's gonna try and recruit Randy Orton to TNA with youtube shoots against Orton going back to their 2006 feud/match based around Brooke referencing his God like thighs all the time and angering the Hulkster.
Ah well...the only part of the show I've not enjoyed lately is the KOs so no great loss/gain/horrific employment choice just yet. Unless she has a contract guaranteeing her a minimum of $75,000 *shifty eyes*

From TMZ: Brooke Hogan is following in her father's giant yellow footsteps ... TMZ has learned she just inked a deal to join the TNA Wrestling family. TNA President Dixie Carter tells TMZ ... Brooke is NOT going to be a wrestler ... but rather an executive who will be tasked to develop female talent. We're told Brooke's duties will help up and coming she-wrestlers develop their characters, help with backstage promos and even consult on entrance music. Obviously, 24-year-old Brooke has been around the wrestling world her entire life ... and believes she can help improve the organization. It doesn't hurt that her father also works for TNA. Carter tells us, "Brooke is such a great talent who's really sharp and will make a great addition to the TNA family."  |

They arent even trying to hide the croniesm or neopotism anymore. I had missed about the last two months of Impact and was gonna put it back on my DVR series recordings, but I ain't doin that. No. I just stick to reading the results.

Here's the thing, if we take Dixie at her word that Brooke is actually has a position helping the knockouts. Outside appearing on WWE a couple times, what experience does Brooke Hogan have in the business? Sure she grew up with Hulk, but she's had very limited experience in the ring. It smells like pure nepotism. What can her "years of experience" add that someone like ODB or Gail wouldn't already know? If it's an angle than it means we get Brooke Hogan on tv for months. That's no good either. |
