I'm disappointed that Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy didn't get more nominations but I can't say that much because I haven't seen many of the main contenders yet. Watch the horribly Brit-biased BAFTAs give it a ton of awards. I am although very happy that Gary Oldman finally got a nomination. It's his best performance ever IMO (except maybe for his crazy role in Leon) and I'd love to see him get the award. Although I think Mr. Clooney will be getting Best Actor as the Academy has a hard-on for him.
But the biggest omission of all is no Senna for Documentary Feature. I know it's technically a 2010 film but I don't think it was shown in the USA in 2010, so why is it not considered? It's fantastic.

I personally think that War Horse should win for Best Cinematography, but I have a feeling the Artist will nudge it out. If you can't nominate the horse, at least give the award to the people who made it possible to care about it so much.

I still say Speilberg should have won Director purely for what he made with the script he was given.
