Except there are a ton of examples in Family Guy where They reference Stewie coming out of Lois. There's even an episode where they show Stewie as one of Peter's sperm. This theory is invalid.

Except we all know that Lois Griffin (neé Pewterschmidt) is quite....loose. There are a ton of examples. Who's to say 'toons don't pork other 'toons?

If he was one of Peter's sperm and came out of Lois, that completely destroys the idea that he's not their biological child doesn't it?

Was it really one of Peter's? Was it? Really?I'm well versed in identifying male genitalia, so yes.

They just have Lemonhead syndrome, it's a rare but not unheard of condition in cartoon characters.

Alright, Family Guy started in 1999. Now in the first season of Family Guy Stewie celebrates his first birthday, so I guess we can safely assume that he was born sometime in 1998.
Hey Arnold first aired in 1996 and at the start of the run Arnold was 9 years old. So lets ignore the fact that Arnold never aged, under the theory Arnold would have had to have had sex with Lois when he was (at most) 11 years old.
If this theory proves true, then Lois Griffin is going away for statutory.
