Toy Story 3 just doesn't affect me, but the first part of Up gets me every time.

I always get teary eyed when Optimus Prime dies (in the animated movie and ROTF), and the Beast Wars episode "Code of Hero" gets me choked up as well.

Never has a cast worked as well together as the AITF cast did, and it really shows in this scene.

War movies kill me, so there is one scene in particular that kills me:
In "Saving Private Ryan", when the battalion is preparing to sleep in the abandoned church and Giovanni Ribisi's character explains how he was raised by a single mom who worked nights. She would come home early sometimes just to be able to see him and he'd pretend to be asleep so he wouldn't have to talk to her and he wishes that he could take that all back.
That was heartbreaking.

From Titanic: "A woman's heart is a deep ocean of secrets. But now you know there was a man named Jack Dawson and that he saved me... in every way that a person can be saved. I don't even have a picture of him. He exists now... only in my memory."
Just... the thought of having someone who did so much for you and you have nothing to really remember them by. Tears me up.

I don't know why people insist on video recording their TVs. But just thinking about this scene gets me weepy. It's especially poignant now that I have my own little girl. Also, of course:

I'm stunned the Fresh Prince episode where his dad walks out on him hasn't been brought up, just because I see it brought up here constantly.
That being said, I'll admit it does it for me (though to be perfectly honest it's not hard for movies/tv to make me cry...guess I'm that depressed or something), and I wasn't even a huge fan of the show.

The Green Mile when John Coffee is executed brought me to tears in the movie theatre. I was doing my best to hold it in at least until the end of the movie, and then it happened, John says one of the most heartbreaking lines as they were about to put the black bag over his head, he says "Please boss, don't let them put me in the dark. I's afraid of the dark." I literally lost it immediately after that and started bawling in the theatre. Real Steel is another one that made me misty eyed. The scene where they put Atom into shadow mode and Charlie starts fighting for Max in the process. Return of the King when Sam says "Come on Mr. Frodo! I can't carry it for you! But I can carry you! Come on!" He proceeds to pick up Frodo and carry him up the mountain. The music, the acting, and the atmosphere fit that moment perfect. X-Men 2 where Jean dies. The acting between Marsden and Jackman was perfect. Seeing Cyclops literally break down in Wolverine's arms while punching at him, screaming, and seeing Wolverine cry was heartbreaking too. All Wolverine could say was "she's gone." Click was an oddity at first. I remember a friend of mine saying that the film made her cry and I was like "Pft, whatever." I went in watching it and once it got to the emotional parts I was like "damn, you Sandler! How dare you make me tear up!" The scene where he relives his last moments with his dad was sad. Transformers 3. Even though you knew the autobots would show up at the end, when Bumblebee says goodbye to Sam, Sam starts breaking down, and their eventual return made me tear up too. I almost started crying when Soundwave was about to execute Bee and Sam is desperately trying to save him. The music and the acting with Shia made the scene very powerful. Terminator 2. The ending. That's all that needs to be said. That ending scene between the T-800 and John Connor was proof that Arnold can act.

When I saw that 1st AitF video, I thought immediately of this. Thinking about Archie crying just doesn't seem right. But seeing it does. I don't know why people insist on video recording their TVs. Because FOX cracks down hard on accts that post actual video. Good Family Guy, Simpsons and Futurama videos are rare to find when not posted by FOXEntertainment.

Ending of Toy Story 3 The "Final" episode of Scrubs. You know, the last episode of season 8. I don't consider 9 apart of the show.

The end when he finally realises what he's done is heartbreaking. You'll get no argument from me bud, to effortlessly combine heart breaking emotional moments, gut busting laugh out loud moments, and everything in between is no easy feat - but that show managed to do it. If seeing Archie Bunker of all characters cry doesn't get to you, nothing will.

The scene in Click when Adam Sandler is running after his family in the rain. Hell, the entire 3rd act of that movie is extremely depressing.
