toy story 3 did it for me.
Damn... I still have my favorite toys in my bedroom. The ones that were really old are stored up in the shed with all the other old toys my grandparents kept. lol

It's not a sad moment, but really emotional nonetheless. That was a great way to finish the series. Too bad the people in charge got greedy and insisted saying that the spin-off was just the next season. I actually liked that season, but it probably would have survived if it had been officially a spin-off as ABC would have been paying for a spin-off, not a new season of Scrubs. I believe that if it had been cheaper ABC would have kept it around and the cast would have had the chance to gel and get better.

As a fan of 'ER' from day one, this always does it for me: Reminds me of another one, the closing scene of "Time of Death", with Ray Liotta.

I also think Pratt's death and them wheeling his body down the hall to the elevator, past the rest of the staff was absolutely heartbreaking EDIT: Especially Frank being the one to open the elevator for him. After their bickering over the years.... just....damn

Babe "Pig in the City" This scene... After a home for unwanted animals gets raided by the dog catchers/animal control. They find "Flealick" a jack russel terrier in a wheelchair. They throw him aside because he's "useless" and theres nothingthey can do with him. He grabs a hold of the animal control ladies skirt and... Oh god dammit! That was just awful. Made me think of my dog, who I had to put down, because her back gave out.

Grave of the Fireflies is hands-down the most depressing film I have ever seen. The whole thing is incredibly sad, but the scene where Setsuko dies after starving for days is the worst.

The 10th Doctor regenerates into the 11th. "I don't want to go." ... forget about it. Speaking of which: And I can't fnd a clip of it but the little montage where the Doctor remembers everyone who has sacrified themselves for him.

Another MASH one. The Episode where Radar leaves, and he leaves Walter his teddy bear behind and hawkeye finds it. For some reason that gets me all the time.

Never has a cast worked as well together as the AITF cast did, and it really shows in this scene. Still the greatest sitcom ever. It had so many emotional moments. The end when he finally realises what he's done is heartbreaking. Always thought this was an underrated scene:

How I Met Your Mother. Marshall goes to call his father after finding out that his sperm is okay and he'll be able to have a child. His father doesn't answer.
You know why.

The scene in "Babe" where the pig is in the house and the farmer is dancing. I tear up thinking about it. Always have.
