I haven't seen an official thread, but damn am I excited for this. So far, the show not only looks hilarious, it looks almost more hilarious than the older series. And as a long time B&B mark, I can't wait.
Come on October 27th.

If only it wasn't on Thursday at 10:00. But at least Sunny repeats at 11:00, so I won't have to worry too much.

It does look good, i'm glad as often bringing shows long finished back like this doesn't work. I wonder if the sales of the DVD set was the main reason they revived it, i got it and it's good but i was a bit disappointed that a lot of the earlier episodes were absent.

That, and how much requests Mike was likely getting to bring them back.

They were brought back for two major reasons, IMO.
1. Why take the risk to create a new show when you can go with a proven brand name whose original fans are now adults with hopefully more spending money then they did when the show was originally on.
2. Mike Judge's movies, while hilarious, have never been huge successes (Office Space found its audience on video, Idiocracy was buried, Extract never given a chance) so why not go back to a proven success.

That, and maybe the fact that The Goode Family bombed.

That, and maybe the fact that The Goode Family bombed. Glad it bombed because maybe we can see the return of Mr. Van Driessen and not that lame imposter from that show.

That, and maybe the fact that The Goode Family bombed. I tried SOOOO hard to like that show, but it was humorless.

This season needs to have Tom Anderson and Hank Hill arguing the merits of Propane and Butane.
And when something bad happens, they both should yell "BAHHHHH!" at the same time.

That, and maybe the fact that The Goode Family bombed. There wasn't anything wrong with the premise, but lord did that execution suck. The only character that wasn't a totally one-note hippie stereotype was the daughter.

Probably why there wasn't too much of a clamour for a Mr. Van Driessen spinoff.

I'm excited for this. I've been watching the old episodes on Netflix...which sadly lacks the music videos.

Think they'll include the old disclaimer? I wonder if they'll allow fire refs as well (the extract trailer had them, some possibly).

I'm so excited for B&B to be back. One of the only shows that crossed generations in my house.
I saw the two episodes from tonight at NY Comic Con. They were very funny, but I suspect Crying is way way funnier in a room with a couple hundred people. Testing it out tonight!
