Grandma JWoww, how did you get syphilis? Yeah yeah, tell us that story, bitch!
Just as good as commentating on any video.
And nice touch having the same 5 minute break in the show like they used to.

B&B were on Jimmy Kimmel Live with Snookie last night: Mike Judge was on Kimmel the night before: Had me cracking up so much, I had to change my profile.

Anybody think that Good Vibes was a decent show? I'm giving it a second watch next week.

Anybody think that Good Vibes was a decent show? I'm giving it a second watch next week. I didn't watch, the animation style looks too.......generic or something. There's something weird with it, of course that shouldn't reflect on quality, but it looks kind of bland.

I just got around to seeing this on DVR, and man, it is amazing how everything feels just like it did 15 years ago when I was in middle school. I had avoided watching any trailers or clips from the new show prior to today, and I was very pleasantly surprised how much it was like it always was. I'm very pleased.

It's like they never went away. Amazing return. Beavis was touched.

I recorded it using an old VHS tape, and it looked really cool and retro. Actually, it looked worse than some of the old episodes I have on tape from 1995. But it was a great episode, I thought the Vampires episode was alot better than the Crying one though.

JWoww: When I'm making pizza with my grandkids and they ask where I learned to make pizza, I'm gonna say "Bitch, I learned how to make pizza in Florence!"
Beavis: She's gonna call her grandkids "bitch"?
So since November '97 (The series finale of Beavis and Butt-Head's original run) the boys have basically stayed the same, pop culture has gotten dumber, which makes them seem smarter by comparison ;D

*Beavis lies motionless, probably dead on the floor*
"I wasn't crying! *Butt-head slightly runs over Beavis*...butthole!"

Just saw the first episode(s) and it was awesome. It was almost like B&B was never gone for over a decade, because they were able to riff on current pop culture just as well as they were able to riff on 90's pop culture. What makes that statement even funnier is as mentioned upthread some TV shows, movies and music of today really play to the lowest common denominator, which makes Beavis and Butt Head look intellectually superior compared to them.
As for the episodes themselves: Werewolves of Highland was great from start to finish, a nice bit of satire on the whole Twilight craze that didn't succumb to usual cliches, plus I loved this exchange from the episode.
Butt Head: That movie sucked, we want our money back.
Theater Manager: You snuck in!
Butt Head: Oh yeah.
Crying did have a few laughs, but wasn't as strong an episode. It just kind of meandered along plot wise to it's conclusion. (Although it was awesome to see Coach Buzzcut again.) It would have been funnier if Beavis gave Butt Head something to really cry about, the only way he knows how, with a swift kick in the nads.

I actually wasn't that big of a fan of them back in the 90's. But I actually loved this episode (I only watched because the previews looked good) and I am now officially a fan of them. Either I just suddenly "get" it now OR doing King of the Hill has made Mike Judge have a more balanced sense of humor that works well.
I have to rewatch some of the old episodes to see if they got a lot better or its just something I just "get" now.

I watched it with group of about 10 people last night and someone asked, "Is it just me or have they gotten smarter?"

Somehow watching it made me feel like I had to go to school the next day (I was in the 8th grade when it's original run ended in 1997, and I haven't watched the old episodes in several years).
