Linus is an odd one... smart and wise but alas never to get out from under the shadow of his mean big sister. I still think the coolest visual out there is when he gets his blanket back from Charlie Brown (who Linus loaned to Charlie Brown for "Good luck") and Linus dances with his blanket (as in the blanket is animated to dance with him!) Anyone who finds that video for me get +150 internets. Just around 6:50 in.

Seeing how bad Linus' withdrawal was in that movie, I have to wonder what that blanket was made of.

Remember the one special, where they go all over, finding this girl Charlie Brown fell in love with while watching the Super Bowl? They go to random girl's houses, but Linus does the talking since Charlie Brown is too shy? Then, the last house, it's the girl he saw on TV, but Linus basically cock-blocks him because she had a security blanket too? Yeah, Linus is a dick. Someday, You'll Find Her, Charlie Brown. Worst. Peanuts. Special. EVER for Charlie Browns of the world. It gets worse because Charlie Brown is literally standing outside SCREAMING she's the one and after standing out there all by himself, Linus comes out raving about how perfect she is, how they'll be writing and spending time together and Charlie Brown is like "What about ME?" and Linus is just saying "What's got into him?" HATE it. But It Was Your First Kiss, Charlie Brown makes it ALLLLL better.

At least Lucy got what was coming to her, and i dont mean in some unofficial parody where charlie kicks her either. One of the last strips had lucy about to do the football thing yet again, but her parents called her in, so she let rerun (her younger brother) do it. We then see rerun walk through the door and she asks if charlie kicked the ball or did rerun pull it away. Rerun simply says "You'll never know", driving Lucy mad.

Honestly, that made my day. That's actually a million times worse than simply beating up lucy.
