This has been a tradition for me since I was a little kid. I freaking love the Twilight Zone, and I enjoy seeing my old favorites year after year. I remember it being on channel 11 here in the NY/NJ area for years, and then moving to the Sci-Fi Channel later on. We all remember "How to Serve Man" of course, but I think my favorite is the one with the people in the restaurant trying to figure out who the alien is, and in the end its two guys-one who has three arms, and one who has three eyes. Anyone else got some faves?

The Monsters Are Due On Maple Street is the correct answer. What got me into the show in the first place, back in I believe seventh grade.
Haven't actually seen To Serve Man. Seen most of the other really notable ones, just not that one.

Death's Head Revisited. I get sick pleasure seeing the Nazi tortured out of his mind.
Also the one with Shatner and the gremlin on the wing (forget the name of the episode).

The alien episode is Will The Real Martian Please Stand Up? and the Shatner episode is Terror at 20,000 Ft.
For me, so many we'd be here for a while. Of course, classics like To Serve Man, The Invaders, Eye of the Beholder and Monsters are Due on Maple Street. But I also like Long Distance Call, The Silence, I Sing the Light Electric, Nothing In The Dark, The Passerby, Back There and, my personal favorite, The Obsolete Man.

Is it New Years Eve or New Years Day? Both, starting in six hours.

Man, these ones filmed on video tape(as is the one currently on) as opposed to film stock are strange looking. Like an old soap opera or Doctor Who episode.
My favorite episode is the other Shatner episode, where he and his young bride fall victim to the cryptic advice of a diner's strange fortune telling device.

Man I hate those video tape episodes, what a horrible experiment that was. Indeed. I know it's entirely superficial, but I find it way harder to invest myself in them while they're on. The second I see that it's video tape, I kinda....Zone out

I love these eps with William Shatner, it's so weird seeing him as just some random tv actor

Just me or is New Years and the 4th of July the only days they show classic shows on tv.
I will be flipping between this and the Honeymooners marathon on channel 11.

They play Twilight Zone at other times, usually in the morning but sometimes through the day. Still, these are the special occasions for it.
