No offense but the site looks really amateur. I can fully explain that one. It sort of is. I'll be honest: Even with what experience I've had in the past with this sort of thing, from working for PopSyndicate to editing the Marvel Appendix website, a lot of this is very admittedly very new to me. I've never been much of a technology guy, so still learning a lot of this as we go. A lot - LOT - more to go. Kash and Jelly have been more than fantastic with helping to bring about my idea, but they're also hindered by me as well, due to my lack of knowledge on a lot of this stuff. As I get a better grasp at what I want with the site, and how to do it and go about it, it'll gradually shape up and evolve naturally. Even now, we're still tinkering with a lot of things and will continue to do so. |

I'm working on some new things for the site. There's some tidying up needed and some things that can (and soon will!) look better. Also will the page contain videos or just written text?
And if it will contain videos will there be a FAN version of Nostalgia Critic etc. or there will be "no footage, even if under Fair Use" rule?

Is the forum going to be changed to include seperate sections for stuff on FAN? Like an anime boards, video game boards etc?
Because at the moment the forum still looks just like a wrestling forum which could put non-wrestling fans who visit the site off.

Changes will be coming to the forum as well, including new boards, but they will be implemented bit by bit, I believe. |

I name this song the forums unofficial official theme.
TAKE NOTE: The song is from the bands official Youtube page so is as good enough as linking from the WWE page in my eyes (not to mention that this would be the actual song while the WWE uses a cut up version of the song with AWESOME at the start). The bands youtube page also has the added bonus that you can actually play this if you live outside of America! [/shakes fist at region locked Youtube videos]

I have an idea for the site. Whenever we see a Top ### posted on the forum from another website it usually stirs up some debate.
So how about the FAN have it's own Top ### of Movies/TV shows/Music/Characters/etc lists. Of course they may have to be update every few years. But at least we can see some lists that everyone here can agree on because they voted in it. Yeah any member of the forum can vote.

I've dealt with it on other forums, from haters and MMA-holes, and I really don't want to deal with it on a forum that I've grown to love in my short time here.

That would come under the flaming rule. People like that wouldn't last very long here- i'm sure Mads, Kash and the rest of the mods would make sure of it. Also, i believe that FANboys and FANgirls is the way to go if we have an official nickname. I liked the idea someone had before that they should be stated in the gender of the poster as well. |
