No offense but the site looks really amateur. I can fully explain that one. It sort of is. I'll be honest: Even with what experience I've had in the past with this sort of thing, from working for PopSyndicate to editing the Marvel Appendix website, a lot of this is very admittedly very new to me. I've never been much of a technology guy, so still learning a lot of this as we go. A lot - LOT - more to go. Kash and Jelly have been more than fantastic with helping to bring about my idea, but they're also hindered by me as well, due to my lack of knowledge on a lot of this stuff. As I get a better grasp at what I want with the site, and how to do it and go about it, it'll gradually shape up and evolve naturally. Even now, we're still tinkering with a lot of things and will continue to do so. Honestly the look isn't that bad at all. Sometimes people think way too much about the design of websites and not enough about the content. I can assure anyone that content always beats out design when it comes to whether people want to come to your site/blog or not. Ever since blogs got really really popular about six or seven years ago people really haven't cared too much about design. For example just go and look at the website Cracked. It's very popular but the design is very simple. |

The logo bothers me. The N in "FREAKIN" should be covering up the G slightly on the first line, and not the other way around. Otherwise, the content is good. Except for that Ani guys... |

Neat. I'll have to keep an eye out for the next submissions invite. I've wrote up a couple of old school wrestling reviews and have been trying to figure out what to do with them. If they get over, I can always do some more.

Hell I'd love to see them myself. Been thinking of doing some Pro Wrestling This Week reviews, since I have a ton of those (thank you Triple Kelly!) Cool. As soon as I know the specifics for sending them in, I'll fire up the laptop and do it. Right now I've only got Royal Rumble '92 and Wrestlemania III finished, but I've got a bunch more '80s PPVs, some Prime Time from '86, the first 2 years of SMW TV, and who knows what else, so further material wouldn't be an issue. I'd be interested in seeing the Pro Wrestling This Week reviews. That show has been on my mind lately since noticing that Gary Hart and the Assassin both referred to the host as "big fat Joe Pedicino" in their respective books. |

I normally don't see eye to eye with Madison but I agree with him on the issue of Slik. That guy was acting like RealTalk... which would make a great weekly installment, the two of them. Slik. Real. Talk. But seriously he was relentless and hard headed about it and deserved a warning etc.
I'm not a giant fan of the name or logo but whatever, it's the same forum so it doesn't bother me that much. I don't like that it's ridiculously big compared to the last header but owell. I wouldn't mind a touch up of the site really. And I may look into the new site, who knows. Still somewhat interesting. Off topic is mainly all I go to on here though.
