Yes, he does. A few times I've talked to him in person, I've noticed some patches on his arms.
It's not quite as noticeable since he gained vegan powers and was finally able to start tanning.

I've noticed it pretty much every time he's on TV. It's not a huge thing bit it stands out.

Funny thing is, I've seen those patches before and I always just thought it was where tanner had come off, since seemingly every other un-tanned wrestler has to be spray tanned before they can be considered presentable by higher ups.

Ok, for those who don't know, vitiligo is when your skin gets lighter in patches due to loss of the cells that cause pigmentation. If you're black or of a darker skin color, it makes it look like you're becoming white in spots. If you're white already, the areas affected by it look like a pinkish color.
