I have a collection of over 1500 Blu-rays and DVDs, so I'd be happy to join.

well that's strange, I copy and pasted the link above and it worked but when I clicked on the link on the earlier post I got problems anyway, I added my movie to the list

Just so you know, Howser, I post from a phone and can't always access a PC or the like. Don't worry though, as I always post FAWA shows every week, so the doc will be looked at ASAP. I have an idea for my first pick already. I plan to be eclectic in my picks - sometimes classic, sometimes popular, sometimes cult, other times contemporary - and my first pick is something of a test of this movie club for myself. I don't plan to offend anyone with any of my picks, but I also would like a movie club that can play hardball, with perhaps the line drawn at pornography but not necessarily movies with sex or even explicitly sexual themes. Same goes for violence and language. That said, I hope for my first pick to be... {Spoiler} Triumph of the Will

Thanks to Guyofownage, I had to join this forum to be a part of this. I always wanted to participate in a Movie Club of some sort, with the many Blu-rays and DVDs I have in my collection. So I want to be a part of this. I even have the movie I want to include for the week I get placed in. The movie is in my avatar: Falling Down, starring Michael Douglas.

I added the tragically overlooked 2007 film Zodiac.

Added Billy Wilder's W.W.II POW film "Stalag 17" to the schedule. Looks like you and I were in the same ballpark. I was thinking of choosing a Billy Wilder film as well. Our names are too close and I definitely don't want to pick a movie from the same director so close together. I'll think of a different movie soon.

There are a bunch of other films I could do instead.

I've been unable to unfortunately, owing to aforementioned technological limitations.
