Which face in the current roster has had their alignment for the longest. I think it is cena who has been face since 2003 but I'm not sure

Bingo. I don't think he's ever been heel anywhere. The closest was when he was a tweener with the Filthy Animals.

Taker has basically been a face since July 2002 or so, so he's right up there with Mysterio.

Rey and Taker. Both faces since Summer 2002.

Out of guys on the active roster, it's gotta be Reyrey. He hasn't been a heel since that very brief time in WCW, which didn't go over very well.
Cena's pretty high up there, too.

Rey and Taker. Both faces since Summer 2002. Didn't Taker have a heel run around 2003-2004 or so? Like, right before he became the Deadman again.

Been face ever since

That reminds me... Taker drowned Paul Bearer in concrete in 2004...but he still remained face.
Ah WWE. Don't ever change.

Jim Ross, he hasn't gone heel since 1996.

Jim Ross, he hasn't gone heel since 1996. There was that brief period in 1999 when he came back from Bell's Palsy. He had his own announce table and Dr. Death as a bodyguard. It didn't last long.

The crowd popped HUGE when Cole got kicked in the nuts, so JR was definitely not a hated heel. Rey Mysterio debuted in WWE I believe in June 2002 while 'Taker turned face in July 2002 so Mysterio barely wins. Cena is the third place recipient with kicking A-Train in the nuts in 2003.

I wish they kept that for a bit longer.
