I'm still concerned about what happened to Wade Barrett. I mean it would make more sense if he and Cody were double teaming Bryan when Orton made the save. But it doesn't say that. Instead he just disappears.

Since when is a guy not being able to compete grounds for a match not to happen? Isn't that pretty much the whole point of the briefcase to cash in when the champ is hurt the most. Cole's reaction should be legendary though. Last few years they had that rule Miz, Edge, Alberto Del Rio, Jack Swagger, & Kane have all given a collective "huh?" at Teddy Long.

Does anyone else think:
D-Bry will win the steel cage match next week. Be crowned champion. Stripped/forfeit the MITB briefcase.
The briefcase is then put on the line at the next PPV... Which is conveniently themed - TLC.

I'm confused. Bryan winning means he faces who for what?

Last few years they had that rule Miz, Edge, Alberto Del Rio, Jack Swagger, & Kane have all given a collective "huh?" at Teddy Long. You can take Kane out of that since he cashed in on a fully fit, albeit tired from having just competed, Rey Mysterio. But yeah, CM Punk wasn't even on his feet when del Rio cashed in. He barely made it up to his knees. Randy Orton could barely stand when The Miz cashed in since the Nexus had attacked his knee before his match with Barrett which Wade made even worse by spending most of the match working it over. And that's just the last two cash ins.

I'm confused. Bryan winning means he faces who for what? He faces Mark Henry next week on a Live Smackdown for the title in a steel cage match. The winner of that faces Big Show at TLC.

What happens if he wins the title and still has MITB? He cashes in on himself, and loses. Better yet. He cashes in on himself and uses infinite rematch clauses to get around the 30-day defense clause!

This is the most I've marked reading spoilers in a long-ass time, even though I think having D-Bry go back on his word to cash in honorably was a horrible move.

A Mark Henry promo started the show. He said the people are happy to see him in pain and we should give him more respect for being champing. He said he's hurt but not broken. He said it was actually Big Show's fault that he kicked him below the belt at Survivor Series. Big Show comes out and explained why Henry kicked him. Henry said Big Show is the world's largest loser, which set up Big Show knocking him out. Daniel Bryan ran out and cashed in his Money in the Bank contract and pinned Henry. The place went nuts. However, Teddy Long came out and said that Mark Henry could not compete, so the title change does not stand.

I read the first few sentences & was like, "woah! this is the best start to a Smackdown ever."
Teddy Long's reversal of that, made me confused as sh*t.
Additionally, if Henry is unable to perform, should he not be at home if he doesn't want to be victim of a cash in. And, if he can't perform within 30 days, he should be stripped of the title.

I'm I the only one that thinks since Cody Rhodes attacked D-Bryan after the match that they could be possibly feuding?
I'd like to see Rhodes vs D-Bryan over the I-C Title.

Which is conveniently themed - TLC. Now THAT'S how you do a live SmackDown! If you're gonna do something big like that, at least do it live! Also, It'd be a very interesting way of handling things, particularly because it sort of throws everything off; and I mean in a good way, in that with the whole "Bryan will cash in at WrestleMania" thing no longer an option, people are guessing again.
