Do you think they would do a full tribute show and have guys come out from the back and speak through the show. I'm talking lower card guys who have been around awhile like Yoshi,JTG,Jinder Mahal,Alex Rily etc.

Thats a good question, if someone like Tyler Reks passed, not to be disrespectful but I'm sure a lot of people forget he even exists. It'd be interesting to see what kind of tribute they'd give, a full show? Only a video package? Only a marquee at the beginning of the show?
Something else I've wondered, if someone like Undertaker or Kane passed away, I'm assuming they'd totally break kayfabe and talk about them as Mark Callaway or Glen Jacobs?

The closest example was Louie Spicolli in WCW. I think they did a ten bell salute and that was it.

They'd probably do a 10 Bell Salute at the beginning of Raw and that would pretty much be it.
There would probably be a lot of guys and gals with the black armbands and t-shirts.

IIRC they didn't do a whole lot for Pillman, compared to the epics they did for Owen, Eddie and Benoit. Obviously the tenure and stature in the company is going to have a huge effect on it.

Ya, my first thought was Pillman - I bet they'd bring everyone out and do a 10-bell salute, but just have a normal, slightly subdued show after that.

It happened before: Louie Spicolli and Renegade come to mind. There would be no tribute show, but a "R.I.P." graphic and probably a 10 bell salute. Maybe they'd not have an overtly comedic show and would avoid showing too much happiness. Many guys would wear black armbands and point to the sky.

I wonder how they would deal with the passing of Arthur Rosenburg or Stan Stansky.

I'm sure it depends how long the jobber has been around.
I could see someone like Evan Bourne who has been around a while getting a video package and interviews with Kofi.

I;d be interested to see how they'd work around if it wasn't a guy at the bottom of the totem pole, but also not a guy who had really been around long enough to really establish anything significant.
Say like if it was Ryback, or perhaps Brodus Clay.

I don't think they'll ever do a full tribute show for anyone ever again. Owen, Eddie and Benoit all backfired pretty badly.

No
A memorial graphic at most. Probably an announcement on WWE.com
