Of the 3 I would say Paul Heyman because what he said 11 years ago still holds true today.

I said Punk. He basically said everything he had on his mind, knowing that it might piss off McMahon and burn his bridges with the company and yet, that made him WWE's hottest commodity ever since.

Definitely Heyman, his "shoot" seemed more authentic.

As much as I absolutely love Punk's worked shoot, I'll go with Heyman. His just seemed so personal and intense, plus he did it in Vince's face. Also, Punk's promo fells hollow a year later just because he has basically become a part of the institution he was destroying, while Heyman never exactly abandoned his point.

"...AND WHEN YOUR FATHER DIED...you competed."
Heyman.

I voted CM Punk.
Styles was all just cosmetic complaints to me.
Heyman on the other hand, it's hard to rip into Vince in 2001 when he was on top of the world with the WWF. It's not like he did that promo in 2011 when he may have a point. Not to mention it's hard to take the guy whose company only survived because of Vince McMahon seriously in this regard.

Heyman, if only because he REALLY stuck it to Vince. Punk (as great as it was, and it was legendary) seemed more like he was taking a shot at as many people as he could (Cena, Vince, Johnny Ace, the fans at the airport, "Dwyane" and so on). Heyman was all about making nobody else but Vince seem like the biggest pile of trash to ever walk the earth.

Paul Heyman shooting on Vince. It's as if Vince gave Heyman permission to say everything he wanted to say to his face, just to get it off his chest

Although Heyman made more valid arguments I still gave the nod to Punk even if he contradicted himself months later. Of the three, Punk is an actual wrestler. He started from the bottom, abusing his body in the indies for pocket change and worked his way up from within the WWE farm system and then spend 5 years enduring the WWE travel schedule. The other two made careers from behind the scenes in suits and ties.
It's like going to an anti-war rally; you're probably going to take more stock on what the war veteran is going to say as opposed to the nerdy armchair activist sitting next to him.
I don't even know why Joey Styles is on this list.

Punk. I think all 3 of those rank as the top pipebombs in modern WWE, though I have to give an honorable mention to Edge's "Nobody cares about you" to Matt Hardy promo in 2009...I couldn't stop laughing and the crowd got so awkwardly silent.

My vote goes to Punk. An honorable mention goes to Cody Rhodes' rant on both the Pros and Rookies after Husky Harris was eliminated from NXT. He got in Zack Ryder's face and said "Good luck in your future endeavors, pal". I wonder if that lit the fire for Zack to make Z!TLIS. And the words he had for Michael McGillicutty were priceless. "You wanna be Mr. Perfect Jr so bad you can taste it. But you know why you don't go by Mr. Perfect? Because you don't deserve it." You'd expect that kind of behavior from main eventers, but to hear such venom from a midcarder is pretty amazing.

Heyman was all about making nobody else but Vince seem like the biggest pile of trash to ever walk the earth. Vince's expression during the whole thing makes me grin, though. If the steroid trial wouldn't beat him, an angry man who drove his business into the ground wasn't going to do that. I say that as a Heyman fan, still. It was a good speech and had some valid points, but it's hard to shame a man who feels he was perfectly righteous in his actions.
