Golan-Globus produced some terrible Chuck Norris movies. That is all that I recall about them.

The "Missing In Action" series. Sure, they were bad, but in a good way.
Also, "Kickboxer," the only one in that series that mattered. By the way, has anybody even seen the ones with Sasha Mitchell (Cody from "Step By Step")? I heard that those movies were awful.
