So, I read the whole Fluttershy episode rant thing. I cannot say I really agree with it, as I still think Fluttershy's episodes tend to be the most homogenous compared to the rest of the cast. This may not be the worst thing in the world, as I thought Hurricane Fluttershy was by far her best episode despite conventional logic saying that it should have been incredibly stale.
But I do have a question here that I think is at least worth thinking about. The only reason this complaint did not come about much sooner in the season is because we didn't get the Fluttershy focused episodes until late in the season. Perhaps, are the show's writers having a hard time coming up with subject matter for Fluttershy that it resulted in her not getting anything until late in the season, and only two episodes total when other Mane 6 like Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash got 3?
Don't get me wrong, I still like Fluttershy despite her being #6 for me personally, but I do think she could be higher if we could get a couple more episodes like A Bird in the Hoof where some of her positives are brought to the forefront.

Ahhh, just back from a busy day at (Ottawa) Comic Con, met some friends listened to some fun anecdotes from Marina Sirtis and William Shatner and picked up a Welovefine Rainbow Dash-Applejack "Bro Hoof" T-Shirt. Last one to boot, I guess there are more Bronies in the area then I previously thought. (There was also a few co-players as well but I never got the chance to get their pics, maybe tomorrow.)
