As far as story telling goes, I always liked BB over the other 2.

I remember watching it the first time and being really confused by what was going on. Bear in mind this was before A. I knew the tone of Nolan's films (or basically knew of Nolan period)and B. I knew Ra's Al Ghul.
2nd time I watched it I loved it. It's one of those films you really have to pay attention to throughout or you will lose the plot completely. The origin of Batman story I liked very much as I did Scarecrow's depiction. Id say it was my favourite Batman movie other than Dark Knight.

The "I won't kill you but I don't have to save you" line was especially awkward. See I think it's perfect for the situation because his one rule is that he never kills anyone, but that doesn't mean he has to save a person. Thing is, that falls apart when you realise the only reason Ra's was in danger was because Bruce sabotaged the train controls and gave Gordon the Tumbler to blow the rail out from under them.
