The bad guy looked like one of the replicants from red dwarf. My first thought was.... Oh my god. Kryten went rogue!!!

Really enjoying this episode so far, much better than last weeks abomination.
The Brigadier's daughter is great.

Good episode, but that conclusion sucked. This was worthy of a two parter, and suffered immensely from this one and done mentality. Shame really, because I was really enjoying it. Preview for next week {Spoiler} River's back!
And those angel things

Did that episode feel like it went a million miles an hour?

You went a whole episode without raging about Amy on this forum? Who are how and how did you hack this account?

Really liked this episode but after building up the mystery of the cubes so much it all seemed to get resolved pretty quickly.
Agree with Legion, this could've easily been a two-parter.

That was one of my favourite episodes since I started watching (so basically, the Matt Smith era). I loved that bit when The Doctor had to keep himself busy, so he was out creosoting the fence. I really hope we haven't seen the last of Mark Williams because he is brilliant as Rory's dad. I know a lot of people don't care for her but I will miss Amy. But hopefully Rory will still be in it?

Only saw a few minutes of this one while waiting for dinner to cook, but from what I saw, we had an invasion carried out via small black geometric shapes by a figure from Time Lord myth that's actually real? {Spoiler}

I knew I recognised the Shakri from somewhere else but I just couldn't place him.
Catching up on last weeks Borgias before the episode tonight it's just hit me in the face. He's Savonarola.

Should have been a two parter - the ending was rather rushed and bit "oh crap, ten minutes left, better finish!"

I'm not sure I'm sold on the modifying-the-titles-for-every-episode.
It seemed like a cool idea at first, but seeing the modified nameplate each episode just seems really amateurish and gimmicky. It also feels kind of gimmicky that the extent of the different titles otherwise is putting color filters on the vortex.

That was just the name the Master gave them. It's like humans invading an alien world and calling their army the Chupacabras or something.

Anyone reckon as next weeks weeping angels episode involves New York that the statue of liberty might get used?

Anyone reckon as next weeks weeping angels episode involves New York that the statue of liberty might get used? As a location? Definitely. As some kinda of giant Angel? I dunno if their budget can run to that.

That would mean the Statue would be evil.
Isn't that some sort of massive no-no?
I can't imagine a massive Angel would end up helping to defeat Gozer the Destroyer........
