This list just makes me realize that we have not had very good World Heavyweight Champions. Outside of the Top 4 every other reign on this list has been absolutely mediocre and forgettable at best.

I think Mark Henry had a great World title run, probably the most memorable and action packed top tier run in a few years.

More so than #1 bothering me, why is Mysterio #7? Both his Heavyweight title runs were awful.

I hated the Reign of Terror as much as anyone else, but Triple H pretty much held that title for the better part of three years. For better or worse, it's one of the most memorable WHC runs. This list just makes me realize that we have not had very good World Heavyweight Champions. Outside of the Top 4 every other reign on this list has been absolutely mediocre and forgettable at best. I think Mark Henry had a great World title run, probably the most memorable and action packed top tier run in a few years. His reign had a lot of potential but it was pretty short (September-December) for a monster heel world title run. He only had 5-6 title defenses, and most of those were against Big Show. The build to Henry getting the title was better than the result. Mark Henry, CM Punk and Jericho need to be higher. CM Punk's first reign was awful. His second and third reigns were short and transitional. Some goes with Jericho.

I knew Trips would be #1 before I clicked on the link. I've also noticed with the links that a WCW guy is always in the first spot of the list. Just something I've noticed with these lists.

I hate Hunter. When thinking of this belt in it's WWE run I mainly think of Hunter (bad memories, but still the first that comes to mind)
You could easily swap the top three around at will though. All had legitimate arguments for being the guys synonymous with the World Title

I actually believe Triple H made the belt credible. So can see why he is ranked number one.

If it's a kayfabe list, which I'm guessing it is, there is no way Mysterio should be that high. He jobbed left and right as champion and only retained his title via Chavo interference. And for obvious reasons I understand why they didn't put Benoit on the list.
I'd put it in a kayfabe list as follows:
15. Goldberg 14. Daniel Bryan 13. Randy Orton 12. Kane 11. CM Punk 10. Sheamus 9. Chris Jericho 8. John Cena 7. Booker T 6. Mark Henry 5. Chris Benoit 4. The Undertaker 3. Edge 2. Batista 1. Triple H
