Wade Barrett's gimmick in general has always been that he's only in it for the money.
But I think it generally means Barrett is giving an open challenge to anyone to step up. I think it's a good idea to start rebuilding the roster. Let guys randomly challenge Barrett, and go for 3-5 minutes. Barrett wins all the matches but at the same time he's putting everyone else over as threats as well.

Did no one else think he's the new APA? Exactly. I thought it was pretty evident that he'd be a new one-man APA, and honestly I think that idea kicks ass. The massive pop he'll get the minute he beats the tar out of some heel because he got paid a decent amount to do it will be awesome. |

I was just glad to see him back. The feeling for range with the jabs like a boxer was awesome too, glad to see him bringing more brawling elements in.

A niche title based around a "rough" or "intense" type of in ring style. Eventually down the line you could have high-flyers and pseudo-MMA types compete in the division as well. |
