Ok I've been wanting to run a tournament again so bad but what tournament could I do well Mr. B is already doing a Final Fantasy Tournament so I thought why not do a Dragonball Character Tournament.
I went through the Dragonball wiki
dragonball.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page
And managed to get 192 characters from Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT, The Movies, and 2 Video Game Exclusive characters.
I included a lot of minor characters in Dragonball & Dragonball Z not so many minor characters in GT and for the movies I only included the main villains except for all the Androids in Super 13.
I figured it out if I do all Triple Threats for Round 1 then Round 2 will have an even 64 characters left.
I randomed all the characters on random.org/lists

Turles
A space-pirate Saiyan who was once a member of the Saiyan Army under the planet trade organization, but he went defunct and off into the cosmos to conquer planets for himself with his group of henchmen known as the Turles Crusher Corps. He is the main antagonist of the movie Dragon Ball Z: The Tree of Might.

Commander Red
The commander-in-chief of the Red Ribbon Army. Commander Red is shown to be a very terrible leader of the Red Ribbon Army, yet also a very fierce one as well. He is often very sarcastic and insulting towards Staff Officer Black, even when the latter makes valid suggestions to him. He is also very disloyal to his own army, viewing them as nothing more than pawns for his own goals, as evidenced by his desire to get the Dragon Balls as well as his own willingness to destroy his own army to, in Staff Officer Black's own words, "satisfy his own vanity" to wish to become taller. He is also shown as very childish and impatient.

King Furry
An anthropomorphic dog who is the current King of the Earth during the Dragon Ball series, and assumed his position in Age 733. He is one of the few citizens of Earth who knows that Goku is the true hero rather than Mr. Satan.
