From what I've seen, Gotenks/Trunks/Goten are not very liked. I actually like them a lot, and found them to be pretty entertaining. They're just a mini-Goku and a mini-Vegeta bickering with each other like children, naturally.
However I'm going with Daimao. Dude is just an awesome villain, especially for Dragon Ball. Watching him literally KILL Shenron after getting his wish granted was a big "Holy S***" moment for me.

People don't like Trunks and Goten? I found them to be harmless, cute fun. Not every character has to be super serious, always badass, never a time for fun character like Piccolo and Vegeta. An always serious show gets boring after a while. Why do you think people like shows like Dragonball and One Piece? Because they're both fun and serious without going too overboard with either.
