Nappa for the overkill. Vegeta and Nappa's journey to Earth is my favorite time in the entire franchise. These two f***ing beasts destroying planets before coming to Earth, Goku journeying through the realms of the dead and training his ass off, King Kai being awesome, and the other Z-Fighters terrified of just these two guys. That got me the first time I saw it: these two elite guys coming to Earth, powerful enough to take out everyone, and the Z-Fighters legit worried that they can't stop them. The big guy and the little guy, the big guy bullying everyone, all loud and posturing and the little guy, just smiling and hanging back, with the knowledge that he's the real threat.

The king of all Saiyans and the father of Vegeta and Tarble. He was also the commanding hero of the Saiyan Army, and led his people to victory in the Saiyan-Tuffle war, in which the planet was renamed in his honor. After his people were annexed by Frieza's planet trade organization, he had no choice but to pledge allegiance, but kept power over his people.

I'll say Princess Snake so it's not a complete sweep. I like her design and found it rather cute that someone, finally, tried to exploit Goku's voracious appetite. I also enjoyed how legitimately polite he was after escaping, acknowledging that she did give him a meal.
