Let's say you had a time machine, you could use to go back before these shows were created, and you could insert them into one of the big two superhero comic companies.
What 10 shows would you most like to insert into each universe.
My choices
Marvel Universe add...
Fairy Tail Pokemon Negima Fallout Code Geass Naruto Fate/Stay Night Saints Row Power Rangers and Sailor Moon

Power Rangers, because I just blew my own damn mind with a small concept for a crossover with the Rangers and Spider-Man.

I don't have 10 but I do have a few thoughts...
"General Hospital" goes into Marvel. If you ever have watched it for a long period of time, you'll remember that former Commisioner Scorpio was an international secret agent, there was a plot to freeze the Earth, and an alien. No, I'm not kidding. I figure it would fit right in to the MU.
"Criminal Minds" and "NCIS" also go into Marvel. Definately see the main characters working with SHIELD at one time or another.
"Kolchak the Night Stalker" would fit into the former DC/Vertigo world, and as an off-shoot of the JL:Dark and that part of DC.
The discontinued series "Passions" would also fit into DC, as would the original "Dark Shadows" and "The Invaders".

Harry Potter - If I could get graphic novels written by JK Rowling, I would forego any of the other nine that may appear on my list. Not just the main series that's already been written, but some prequels would be awesome.

Transformers goes to the Marvel Universe proper, who doesn't want a Unicron vs Galactus slobber knocker?

Transformers goes to the Marvel Universe proper, who doesn't want a Unicron vs Galactus slobber knocker? It would mean that the time Spider-Man crossed over with Transformers as well as that New Avengers/Transformers crossover from a few years back would be canon, and would be sweet. (Plus, just imagine how awesome the image of Optimus Prime wielding the Mighty Shield and/or Captain America with the Matrix of Leadership held high in his hands would be.)
