Big Zeke, thoughts on Ryback?
Ezekiel Jackson @ezekielwwe That dudes hungry, I may fill him for a moment RT @erinbunuan: @ezekielwwe you could stop Ryback
Thanks Big Zeke...although that's probably not going to help deter the "Hard" meme.

Well, I dunno if they could put Ryback over more than that, he squashed the champ and when it dawned on John Cena that his buddy Ryback could rip his head off, Cena looked like a puss who was going to crap his pants.

Cena realized that it usually takes 30 minutes and multiple finishers for him to draw with Punk, while Ryback just owned him and Ziggler with the greatest of ease.

Wow, made Punk look like dogs***. The guy has been WWE Champion for nearly a year. Losing a match isn't going to hurt his credibility at all. And the guy who owned him, is the same guy they've built up as unbeatable. The only loss he had was thanks to a crooked ref. It doesn't make Punk look bad by losing to Ryback. Hell, Cena looked concerned about what Ryback could do. All it's doing is showing that Ryback belongs, and is a massive threat to Punk and Cena. They'll play it up during the match as Punk and Cena have to work together against Ryback.

It'd be funny if Cena and Punk did the same thing to Ryback that they did to Show.
Cena and Punk never touched each other that match. It was like two separate singles matches.

I think he means his credibility in the feud. With Ryback constantly beating Punk without Punk ever having a chance of being Ryback it sucks the drama out of any future matches. It puts the potential of the heel beating the face so far out of the realm of even being possible, let alone plausible that it's a foregone conclusion. Why bother watching/paying for the match? That's my biggest problem with the whole Ryback/Punk feud. Not that Ryback's a big dude or that Punk's an indy darling - it's the story they've built. They've stacked all the odds against the heel. The most powerful man behind the scenes (Vince), the most powerful man ever to step into a ring (Ryback) and John Cena are all conspiring to take the title away from Punk. The whole thing is backwards and honestly makes you want to empathize with the heel.

I can't be the only one that laughed at that fan's incredibly blank face during the Cena/Ryback staredown before the "FEED ME MORE" chants started. I was too busy laughing at the guy doing the "Feed Me More" motions in the background there right as they faded out.

The show was a hell of a lot of fun live, the crowd were fantastic but yeah, they are a bit directionless at the minute. They basically wasted a whole RAW building up Team Foley/Team Punk and Cena/Ziggler for Survivor Series only for them to change their minds this week. I suppose they realised that the Survivor Series Elimination match wasn't really a PPV selling main event.
Guessing that the only reason that Ziggler is captain now so that they can reference the segment Foley/Ziggler were in a few months ago and try and pretend there is some sort of buildup.
The Maddox/Vince/Vickie segment was fun and it was brilliant to see Vince live, I didn't think I'd get that chance now and there was a lot of solid wrestling. The main event told a good, simple story with Ryback coming in to clean house and pin the champion after Cena was dominated by Punk/Ziggler. Despite what some said at the time, HIAC hasn't really halted his momentum at all.
