Just found out that Jennifer Lawrence was in the cast of The Bill Engvall Show. Even then I thought she was kinda cute. If Wikipedia is to be believe, she even appeared on TV earlier than that as an extra on Monk, Medium, and Cold Case.

Years before he saw dead people in The Sixth Sense, Haley Joel Osment played Forrest Gump, Jr.

Crazy to think that Chris Evans got his first lead role in Not Another Teen Movie and now's he's Captain America. He went from having a banana shoved up his ass to fighting Nazis and aliens in a star-spangled suit.

A few years ago, I realized that Jason Segel was the same guy who was in "Slackers" and "Freaks and Geeks" as well as the guy from "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" and "How I Met Your Mother."

Do you one better, he was in the cult classic "Death Bed: The Bed That Eats" He(William Russ) was actually a cop in V the first mini series. An ally of the scientist but not one. I got one better, he's Danny Bonaduce's abusive father in the Partridge Family behind the scenes movie. He was also the Vinyard brother's dad in American History X.

One of Seth Rogen's first movie roles was in "Donnie Darko." This came as a surprise to me, because I first watched "Donnie Darko" around the time that Rogen established himself as a leading man in Judd Apatow's comedies. It felt weird seeing him in a dramatic movie like this one.

Plus he's one of the stoners in "Can't Hardly Wait". I was watching "Almost Famous" again a couple weeks ago, and spotted a very young Jay Baruchel (from Knocked Up and She's Out of My League) and Nick Swardson (Bucky Larson). Jim Parsons (Sheldon Cooper) was in "School for Scoundrels". Pope D'Angelo Dinero was in "The Dark Knight Rises". Young up-and-coming porn star Ron Jeremy was in "Ghostbusters". Here's a mind-blower - Vince Vaughn, Dan Severn, and Al Snow were all in "Rudy".

Sting (the singer, not the wrestler) had one scene in "The Adventures of Baron Munchausen". He was the soldier who was executed for bravery.
Robert "Freddy Kreuger" Englund was in the original "V" mini-series and appeared in the regular series that followed. He was a wimpy alien who switched sides.
Johnny Depp in "A Nightmare on Elm Street".
Kevin Bacon in "Friday the 13th".
Jason Alexander and Holly Hunter in "The Burning".
George Clooney, Laura Dern and Charlie Sheen were in the never-released sequel to "Grizzly" called "Grizzly 2: The Predator".
Kevin Costner was a frat boy in the Henry Winkler/Michael Keaton comedy "Night Shift".

Not so much movie but... Tom Hanks as an alcoholic uncle on Family Ties Ooh, speaking of Tom Hanks, I totally saw him in an old episode of Happy Days a few weeks ago. He was some guy that got bullied by Fonzie as a kid, but came back as an adult to get his revenge. He knew karate and everything.

Scarlett Johansson was in that awful craphole of a movie North (the one that baffled the Nostalgia Critic and Roger Ebert). She was also in Home Alone 3.

Tony Shalhoub from "Monk" as the freaked-out cab driver who didn't understand English in the under-rated Bill Murray comedy "Quick Change".

John Cena was an extra in episode of "Son of the Beach." I kid you not on that one. I was watching on episode on one of my DVD sets and I took a closer look and recognized him. I was shocked. I guess this was during his bodybuilding days and his UPW days because he had a blond crewcut then.

I was surprised when I realised that Benedict Cumberbatch was in the University Challenge-based film "Starter For 10". Even funnier when Mark Gatiss was also in the film. Not a movie, but I was also taken aback that Craig Ferguson played Lister's confidence in one of the earliest episodes of Red Dwarf. I never realised that til I read an article about the then upcoming season 10. Arthur Weasley and Dr. House in 101 Dalmations Arthur Weasley also appeared in Red Dwarf as well as Wormtail.
