I made and uploaded a Rainbow Dash one for the 360 last night myself. Should make more later. Speaking of making more of things I did last night - {Spoiler}Zecora: Desperate times called for desperate measures. All of Equestria's most powerful unicorns came together in the Canterlot library, instructed by Princess Celestia to search endlessly in the hope of finding spells great enough to push back the invading forces of Outworld, all while under heavy guard. As the hours turned to days and the days to weeks with no promising results, things appeared hopeless.
Zecora, however, did not need to participate in any such search. From the most remote part of the zebra homelands, she had acquired magic great enough - magic that she dared not gamble on initially, but as the news brought to her turned less and less hopeful, she decided that it was time for action.
Many hours passed of careful preparation for her attack. Zecora marched along with only Twilight Sparkle into the heart of Outworld, and then the ritual began. Zecora welcomed into her heart all of the corruption, evil, pain, and misery throughout the realm, and with it all consciousness. Zecora ordered Twilight Sparkle to use a spell of her own upon the finish of this ritual, before she could be overcome by this quickly growing malevolence within her heart. The unicorn was reluctant, but she did not have time to hesitate. As instructed, Twilight fractured Zecora, reducing her very being into a set of Kamidogu. It is unknown where Twilight scattered these remains, and for good reason - Equestria could not possibly survive the threat of Zecora, with all of the power and wrath of Outworld's inhabitants controlling her, if they were reunited.
Lyra: As Equestria's army fell in great numbers, Celestia grew desperate to plug holes in her command as she could. One pony who benefited from this was Lyra, who was made a general due to being one of the few unicorns left standing.
Unfortunately Lyra's position would not last long. She and her command were captured and brought before Shao Kahn himself, who expressed interest in luring Celestia into a trap to definitively end the war. He ordered Lyra to lead Celestia directly to him - she would die if she refused, but if she accepted he would transform her into a human. Lyra agreed.
When Shao Kahn arrived waiting for Celestia, he was surprised to find that with her came the whole of Equestria's forces. Shao Kahn could not possibly overcome all three princesses, the Elements of Harmony, and an entirely army, and was killed in short order. As he lay gasping for breath, Lyra explained her actions to the emperor - as much as she longed to be human, her own world was far more important. And here's a recap on all of them if anyone wants to see that - {Spoiler}Celestia: The clash between the forces of Outworld and Equestria could only truly end with one of the world's leaders defeating the other; this end came only in the most decisive manner possible, as Princess Celestia bested Shao Kahn before the stunned eyes of his own army. True to form, however, Celestia refused to slay the emperor, instead leaving him beaten and begging to be finished before his quickly disillusioned followers.
Celestia's hold to her principals served only to divide the forces out of Outworld. Some, such as the centaurs and Reptile, took this to mean that Celestia's capacity for leadership exceeded that of Shao Kahn and the emperor did not deserve their respect, but for the warrior Shokan and the savage Tarkata, they took this as a sign of ultimate disrespect from Celestia, and considered the emperor's pleading for death to be proof of his honor. Once Shao Kahn recovered he gave the order for his men to retreat from Equestria, but unbeknownst to Celestia, her mercy only served to plunge Outworld into a brutal civil war.
Luna: Princess Luna's defeat of Shao Kahn did not come without a heavy price. In order to overcome the emperor's immense power, Luna was forced to embrace the powers of Nightmare Moon once more. Success came to her in doing so, but against her sister Celestia's orders to the Equestrian forces, Nightmare Moon murdered Shao Kahn on the battlefield.
After Nightmare Moon was dispelled, Celestia confronted her sister over this act. However, with the last of his strength Shao Kahn had latched itself onto Luna and once more summoned forth her nightmarish alter-ego. In desperation, Celestia was once more forced to banish her sister to the moon above, but she knows now that it is only a matter of time before a new creature - one born of both Shao Kahn and Nightmare Moon - comes to fully and definitively claim control over Equestria.
Twilight Sparkle: Twilight Sparkle was as surprised as anyone at the moment when she delivered her finishing blow against Shao Kahn. The unicorn did not believe herself capable of performing at such a level in spite of her past successes, but one fellow force on the battlefield did - none other than her mentor, Princess Celestia.
Celestia explained that she had for years believed Twilight capable of going above and beyond the levels of even herself and her sister, performing greater feats than she had even in her defeats of Nightmare Moon and Discord. In the days that followed as she allowed her destiny to fully sink in, Twilight began to feel herself changing and growing stronger; in Shao Kahn's defeat, her already great power had grown exponentially. As Twilight Sparkle shifted fully into an alicorn, she found herself declared to no longer be Celestia's student, but her equal.
Chrysalis: Princess Chrysalis knew that with Shao Kahn's presence in Equestria, there were no positive feelings for her to feed upon and no happiness for her and her Changelings to draw their energy from. With her health and her power draining from her, the desperate princess formed a plan.
Crysalis appeared before Princess Celestia, offering her allegiance as she offered the one chance to defeat Shao Kahn. While reluctant, Celestia agreed to have her guard lure out and offer themselves to Shao Kahn's bodyguard, Kintaro. With this in place, Chrysalis took the Shokan's form, and slipped herself in with Kahn's army once convenient; upon catching the emperor alone, Chrysalis reverted back to her own form only once she had poisoned the emperor.
As she watched the life drain from Kahn in short order, she explained to him her intentions - with his death, she would be a hero to the ponies of Equestria, and her Changelings would use this power to enslave the land for themselves. Once Shao Kahn's death had fully come to pass, the Changeling decided that her upcoming position would require a new crown - the emperor's helmet would do nicely.
Pinkie Pie: Pinkie Pie's aim to bring joy to the faces of all who met her path stopped coldly before Shao Kahn. Laughter would only take her so far, she came to realize, and ultimately Pinkie had no choice but to combat and defeat the emperor if she wished to free Equestria from his influence.
To the great surprise of even her closest companions, Pinkie Pie managed to defeat the emperor. . . but victory did not come easily, as Pinkie found her belief system that all beings have some higher good within them shattered before the cold, brutal Shao Kahn. Pinkie Pie could not bring herself to smile even with her victory, instead frowning in begrudging acceptance of what line she was forced to cross.
Discord: The constant merging of realms under the rule of Shao Kahn proved to make Discord highly displeased, as he saw the chaos of endless worlds being broken down, merged into the one constant that was Outworld. To that end, despite deriving enjoyment from the anarchy that Shao Kahn's presence brought to Equestria, Discord used his influence to further corrupt the emperor's most trusted generals, turning them against Shao Kahn and each other and allowing them to brutally remove each other as threats.
In the aftermath of his strike, Discord found himself along with the remaining units of Kahn's forces banished by Princess Celestia to be scattered amongst the realms. But much to Discord's great fortune, he found himself in the Chaosrealm; there, Discord was declared a god, gaining the worship of the priest Havik and his followers. Princess Celestia may have banished Discord, but he will return to Equestria with an army of disorder.
The Great & Powerful Trixie: Of those shocked to see which pony stood triumphant over the fallen Shao Kahn, none was more surprised than Trixie herself. Astonishment in her abilities soon turned to arrogance, however, as the praise heaped upon the newly-christened Amazing & God-Like Trixie boosted her already prominent ego.
While the attention granted to Trixie was great, it was not enough for the unicorn's ballooning self-opinion, and she looked to other worlds to see just how far gratitude for her defeat of Shao Kahn had spread. To her great surprise, the location most pleased with her actions was Outworld itself; Trixie at once set out for the location, where between her reputation and her might she swiftly gained the throne of the emperor she had defeated. As time passed, Trixie found herself once more longing for further attention from other realms - it took little thought to come to the decision to revive Outworld's conquering of other realms, this time in her own name. All would love Trixie, or they would fear her.
Iron Will: A clever catchphrase might help in selling a product or service, but nothing draws attention quite like saving an entire planet. When the dust settled, above the fallen Shao Kahn stood the hulking minotaur, Iron Will.
Within hours, Iron Will became the most celebrated celebrity in Equestria's history. His self-help books flew off of the shelves, and his next seminar in the days following broke the record for being Equestria's single highest-attended event in pony history. With his newfound status and the opening of Equestria to other worlds, Iron Will is looking to new markets to use to further spread his influence and help others. As of this moment, he is preparing for a lengthy tour of Earthrealm.
Rainbow Dash: For all of his extraordinary size and strength, Shao Kahn found himself unable to overcome the blinding speed of Rainbow Dash. In her victory, as she felt the remnants of the emperor's power course through er body, the proud flyer came to find her speed increasing to even greater levels than before.
Soon, Rainbow Dash found herself able to traverse entire countries instantenously, but with ever greater control and finesse than she had demonstrated in the past. As the wielder of the Element of Loyalty, the pegasus devoted her newfound speed to protecting Equestria from those who would wish to further harm it. If any further plans from other worlds to take her world would be formed, Rainbow Dash would strike them down in the blink of an eye.
Rarity: Shao Kahn was never humble enough to consider defeat against any opponent, but it especially never crossed his mind that his end would come at the hands of a fashion designer. As the conqueror drew his dying breath, Rarity taunted him with a condemnation of his wardrobe choices and the decoration of his home.
Of course, Rarity did not believe this to be the crucial issue at hand - of course, she had stopped the brutal reign of a thoroughly evil man, and saved her home in the process - but one eavesdropper agreed with her assessments. While she returned to work at the Carousel Boutique in the days that followed, Rarity soon found herself growing frustrated by a new, very devoted customer, by the name of Reiko.
Spike: Imagine the surprise of the citizens of Equestria, upon learning that their realm had been saved by none other than a baby dragon. Perhaps it was unpredictability that gave Spike the advantage, but he did not have much time to ponder this for himself.
Upon slaying Shao Kahn, Spike found himself approached by one of the emperor's loyal servants - none other than the larger, much more fierce Reptile. Spike found himself intimidated, but Reptile did not lash out - instead, he expressed wonderment that the world he had assisted in the invasion of had produced a possible kindred soul of potentially similar lineage. Reptile bowed before the young but superior warrior, swearing the allegiance that he had once offered to Shao Kahn.
Fluttershy: While her friends had headed into the heart of Shao Kahn's fortress in Outworld to attempt to bring down the emperor, a fearful Fluttershy opted to instead attempt to hide within the emperor's training grounds. Perhaps her cowardice was in fact a blessing from the gods, as Fluttershy was confronted by and true to form tamed some of Shang Tsung's most dangerous, mindless creations.
In response to the first genuine show of love they had ever received, the creatures turned upon their master Shao Kahn as he fled his compromised fortress and ripped him to shreds. Fluttershy had, in the most literal sense, killed the emperor with kindness.
Applejack: The death of a being with power as great as that as Shao Kahn sent shockwaves all through Outworld, with many beings in tune with the forces of magic orand sorcery stunned momentarily, but none felt it more than the closest such being - the one who had slayed the emperor and the bearer of the Element of Honesty, Applejack.
As Applejack left Shao Kahn's palace to declare her success, she was confronted by a familiar face in Twilight Sparkle who urged her to follow immediately to the Living Forest. Applejack found herself unsure of her friend's words, however, and after pressing upon her came to realize that she was none other than Shang Tsung in disguise, attempting to lead her into a trap. Her respect for the power of the truth had now surged into an ability to instantly detect any lies being told to her - a useful skill that Applejack soon put to use as Princess Celestia's new ambassador to realms suspected of plotting against her.
The Diamond Dogs: Faced with the constant threat of an aerial invasion by the pegasi of Equestria, it was perhaps wise for Shao Kahn to focus much of his time on fortifying his palace against threats from the sky above. What the army was not trained to expect was an invading army entering from beneath the castle, and in this way the emperor found himself cornered in his throne room by the full might of the Diamond Dogs.
Once Shao Kahn was defeated, the dogs put their superb digging speed to use, robbing the palace of all of value and hiding Shao Kahn's corpse to buy time before any realized his defeat. With many powerful treasures from a world wholly alien to the citizens of Equestria, the Diamond Dogs had a fortune upon their hands. . . or at least, this was as it seemed, as an act of royal possession was enacted in order to add these rare items to the Royal Canterlot Museum. This act may yet prove poorly thought out on Celestia's part, as the cavernous underground of the castle would carry many advantages for any attackers from below.
The Mysterious Mare-Do-Well: The raid on Shao Kahn's fortress was going poorly. While many of the emperor's most fearsome creatures and elite soldiers were accounted for in Shining Armor's invasion plans, forces were stretched thin and the sheer might of Shao Kahn himself was even in the Equestrian legion's least optimistic estimates greatly underestimated.
As it appeared that all hope was lost, a disguised figure entered through a palace window, into the main throne room. It was here that Shining Armor found himself at Kahn's mercy and, surrounded by both sides combating forces, he recognized as the emperor gloated that his life was nearing its end. But this was not quite meant to be, as the new arrival stepped forward, silently challenging Kahn with a mere point of her hoof.
The battle that ensued was tense, and soon the kombat of others involved came to a stop merely to see the results of this clash. In the end, Shao Kahn's forces were stunned when their emperor fell to his knees, bloodied and beaten. The mysterious hero who had saved the Equestrian forces left as quietly as she arrived in the aftermath, and while news came to Equestria days later that the emperor had succumbed to his injuries and passed on, nopony ever learned more of their unknown savior.
Ahuizotl: Princess Celestia's decision to use a forbidden sort of magic to bring life to fictional characters to assist in the battle against Shao Kahn was perhaps good in theory, but in execution, things quickly turned disastrous. In choosing to make the hero Daring-Do a reality, a mistake was made - as a result, with the pegasus came her nemesis Ahuizotl. Celestia reluctantly agreed when the canine offered to work with his enemy and did not remove him from existence once more as she had planned - this proved a rare but crucial mistake on the princess's part.
Ahuizotl did deliver Shao Kahn's defeat, but at a price. With his experiences manipulating felines to serve him, Ahuizotl knew full well what he had to do - play to Kintaro, the emperor's tiger-like bodyguard. The Shokan delivered Ahuizotl victory easily, secretly using his position to poison Shao Kahn and then killing his weakened former master with his bare hands; a few token attempts to stop Kintaro's rampage were made, but soon enough, Kahn's forces surrendered themselves to him - and by extension, to Ahuizotl. Celestia's decision may have led to the defeat of Shao Kahn, but now she must face a possibly greater threat.
Derpy: Shao Kahn's forces overwhelmed those of Equestria with ease. With many ponies lost and one battle after another only ending in defeat, Princess Celestia found herself in turmoil. Soon, she ordered all able-bodied ponies to report for one last-ditch attempt to take victory. If the seemingly invincible emperor himself were killed, it was decided, then there may have been enough of a blow to his troops' morale as to force them to turn back. This was compounded by rumors of a deal all of Kahn's enforcers had made, that upon the end of his life they would themselves drop dead.
The attack upon Kahn's fortress was disastrous. Even with the bulk of his army in Equestria and unable to intervene, Shao Kahn and what forces he did have on hand served to easily turn back most of the pony assault, which was harmed further by there being a shortage of weapons to hand out. Just as things looked their most bleak, with Celestia herself at the emperor's mercy, he was caught offguard; a falling segment of his roof fell upon and crushed Shao Kahn, killing him. Atop the wreckage sat several crates full of potential weapons, and then down flew a pegasus who apologized for her tardiness and found herself quite confused to be hailed as a hero.
Across Equestria, as Kahn's generals one by one mysteriously fell over dead, his soldiers just did not know what had gone wrong.
Big Macintosh: For a stallion who had spent most of his life only traveling between a small town and the farm lands he had been raised on, the twisted amalgamation of many realms and worlds that composed Outworld made it an easy place to lose his bearings. Big Macintosh stumbled off course when traveling with his family through the Living Forest in search of refuge, and ultimately found himself before Motaro and the centaurs. Big Macintosh's execution was ordered at once, but Motaro himself decided he wished to test his fellow equine's strength first.
Shortly thereafter, the Apple family was located by the centaurs and forcibly brought to their stronghold. It was there they found that Big Macintosh had earned the powerful race's respect, with his modest, simple nature and his raw power going to show them there were perhaps greater forces to follow than Shao Kahn. News of the emperor's death at the traitorous hands of Motaro arrived to the camp in short order, after which the centaurs assured the Apple family they would have their full protection until the war was entirely won. With the centaurs converted to Equestria's side in the conflict, this victory would not take long to come.
King Sombra: Shao Kahn had no trouble bringing Equestria to its knees, but he did not take immediate action in fusing the realm with his own; that would come, but before it would become part of Outworld, the emperor decided he wanted to explore some of the strange sorts of magic the world had to offer.
His search brought him to the Crystal Empire. Because of their unusual nature, Kahn spared the Crystal Ponies at first; while his men were ordered to keep them within the city and to execute any who fleed, Kahn made his way into the empire's palace. Princess Cadence and Shining Armor were easy enough to dispose of, and after their swift demise Shao Kahn came across a hidden room deep within the palace. Inside, he found the remaining fragments of King Sombra bound to the room - his rage over being defeated, his lust for vengeance upon those who had twice now defeated him, and most importantly, his great power. Kahn welcomed the remains of the king into his own body, laughing as he felt his already godly strength climb to truly unimaginable levels. None would be able to stop him now.
But the new Sombra Kahn's laughter was short-lived. The room had been put under a very specific, very powerful magical guard, that would never allow King Sombra to leave without both Cadence and Shining Armor there to allow it. Shao Kahn was now King Sombra, and both Cadence and Shining Armor were dead - no matter what he did, Shao Kahn could never escape.
Zecora: Desperate times called for desperate measures. All of Equestria's most powerful unicorns came together in the Canterlot library, instructed by Princess Celestia to search endlessly in the hope of finding spells great enough to push back the invading forces of Outworld, all while under heavy guard.

We really need a My Little Pony/Mortal Kombat game so we can see animations to those endings. Oh, and for suggestions, how about Cadence and/or Shining Armor, as well as Gilda? All three and Cheerilee are on my short to-do list, just not had a lot of luck coming up with ones for them yet. Though then again, the list doesn't seem to matter for much given Sombra, Zecora, and Lyra weren't on it.
