I'm taking Triple H (COO), Undertaker (special attraction), William Regal (commentator), Booker T (commentator), Jerry Lawler (commentator), Matt Striker (NXT GM), Goldust (road agent), and Chris Jericho (unknown if he's going to wrestle yet) out of this list.
1. Kane (16 years, debuted in 1995) 2. Mark Henry (15 years, debuted in 1996) 3. Christian (9 years, debuted in 1998, quit in 2005, returned in 2009) 4. Big Show (10 years, debuted in 1999, left in 2006, returned in 2008) 5. R-Truth (6 years, debuted in 2000, released in 2002, returned in 2008) 6. Randy Orton (9 years, debuted in 2002) 7. John Cena (9 years, debuted in 2002) 8. Rey Mysterio (9 years, debuted in 2002) 9. The Miz (7 years, debuted in 2004) 10. Dolph Ziggler (6 years, debuted in 2005)
Fun fact: Everyone listed except for Kane and R-Truth have held either the World or WWE Championship in 2011.
In actual time with the company for active wrestlers (longest to shortest): Kane, Mark Henry, Big Show, Christian, Randy Orton, John Cena, Rey Mysterio, The Miz, Dolph Ziggler, R-Truth
If we included the people who I didn't include, it would be (longest to shortest): Undertaker (1990), Goldust (1990), Jerry Lawler (1992), Triple H (1995), Kane (1995), Mark Henry (1996), William Regal (1998), Christian (1998), Big Show (1999), Chris Jericho (1999)
Active wrestlers who have never left the company (longest to shortest): Kane, Mark Henry, Randy Orton, John Cena, Rey Mysterio, The Miz, Dolph Ziggler, Beth Phoenix, Kelly Kelly, CM Punk
In other news, this year alone WWE has debuted six talents (Mason Ryan, Kharma, Jinder Mahal, Sin Cara, Hunico, and Epico) which is about a third of how many they debuted last year (with 15 active competitors, 20 if we included everyone from NXT)
How long until R-Truth wins some gold and completes the top 10?
EDIT: Corrections

I don't think R-Truth should count. He had a whole period of being released which shouldn't count into his "tenure".

I wouldn't necessarily say quit for Christian, he let his contract expire just like Show, but that's me being picky. Since Kane and Truth didn't win a world championship last year, I could see those three getting a reign when wanting to 'freshen' up the scene a bit, and Ziggler being the upstart star winning his first real title win (the WHC reign counts, but should it really?)

Lillian if we count her has 10 years with the company. K2 would be next with 6 years. Had Michelle stayed around, she would be ahead of K2 with 7-8 years.

You missed Beth Phoenix and Kelly Kelly. K2 debuted in 06, same year as Layla, and Beth's debut beat Santino's by a couple months, IIRC.

I remembered Beth and Kelly being in WWE in 06, but Wikipedia has her debuting in 07. I guess they didn't count her pre-injury tenure, which, to be fair, was two weeks.

Either way I corrected it, in other news, WWE lost 15 wrestlers last year and sent Sheffield & Harris down to FCW.

15 releases, huh. And to think, this was actually a pretty safe year.
Though, for what it's worth, two were retirements (Michelle McCool and Edge) and two just let their contracts run out (Gail Kim and John Morrison), which means only ten or so actually got sacked.

How can you count time spent away from WWE as tenure? R Truths only been here since 08. Same with Show. Christian 09. These people shouldn't be anywhere near the Top 10. Faulty List fail

LOL, did you loophole Jericho out of the list just so Dolph wouldn't get bumped?
