I found the infamous Katie Vick necrophilia video to be very amusing. It was so stupid I couldn't get offended by it. I actually enjoyed the angle because it was so bad and didn't hate it all one bit. Please tell me I'm not the only one.

It was highly stupid, but it was funny in the same way that really s***ty movies are funny. You need to have the taste for it - a sense of nihilism if I say so myself.

I loved it simply because it was so hilarious. You have Kane, the monster, basically the Scorpion of the WWE and he's in the ring telling the whole world he used to have a girlfriend, they got drunk and then things happened. That's hilarious. To top it off you have Triple H with a bad mask humping a corpse in a church tossing "brains" as well? I mean come on that's hilarious.

I didn't like it, but in retrospect it's funny because of what Triple H said about it;

I loved it. It's the type of ridiculous nonsense that makes me literally lol.

I would have probably liked it better if it wasn't at Kane's expense.
I will admit that I did laugh a lot at the Hurricane segment the next week where pulled Hunter's head out of his own ass or something like that.

I thought it was funny.
Only bad thing was this just happened to be the time I was watching wrestling with a chick. The ONE TIME I put wrestling on while I have someone over, that was what WWE put on.
So I was cockblocked by WWE and now I'm not watching it with women anymore =P

I feel your pain.

I actually enjoyed the angle because it was so bad and didn't hate it all one bit. Please tell me I'm not the only one. I remember a promo where HBK and Eric Bischoff were in the ring and Shawn brought up that angle. Bischoff said something like "what's wrong Shawn? Did that offend you as a Christian?" and Shawn replied, "no, it offended me as a wrestling fan." That basically sums it up for me. I didn't hate it or anything as I actually love dark humor, but it had no business being on a wrestling show.

I enjoyed the storyline up until the corpse humping incident, and then I heard Triple H's interview on it and could not stop laughing.
It did make me turn off WWE for a long time though. Between that and Hassan (who in retrospect was badass but I was so offended by the cheap heat use and playing on racist themes against Muslims I couldn't get past it) Billy and Chuck (man that was embarrassing and offensive) I needed a break from WWE.

I love it because everyone apart of it, except Vince, knew it was stupid as hell.

I cannot ever hate something that has given me so much consistent laughter and joy. I'm laughing thinking about it now.
I love Katie Vick so, so much.

I think its something everyone hates at the time, but almost a decade on, we can look back and think "Man, that was hilarious."
A bit like Snitsky.

It's easy for every one to say "Yeah, I loved it! It was hilarious!" now in 2012. Back in 2002, this was the MAIN storyline on the MAIN show and it involved the World Heavyweight Championship. And this was at the same time SmackDown also had a terrible main storyline.
It was bad then, it's bad now. I don't find it funny, it's ridiculous. It had/has no place on a wrestling show. There's having risque angles and there's having plain stupid angles.

Hated it then, hate it now. As much as a lot of people hate PG, it makes it 100% positive proof that Vince won't get crap like that on our TV's again. I didn't laugh one bit. Makes it kind of awkward to sit in the same room as your father and watch wrestling together and have to sit through that segment. It makes it even more awkward when your sister walks in during it and asks, "What the hell are you two watching?"
I can't even look back at it now and laugh. It must made me feel so embarrassed to be a wrestling fan. (At least everyone but Vince knew it was a bad idea.)
