www.pwmania.com/artman/goldberg-says-he-would-return-to-wwe-for-a-match-with-lesnarJim Ross was asked on Twitter about the possibility of a match pitting Brock Lesnar against Bill Goldberg at next year’s WrestleMania. “@goldberg vs Lesnar at WM29 would be miraculous ie HIGHLY UNLIKELY,” he tweeted. Goldberg, despite his displeasure for WWE and company head Vince McMahon over the years, says he’s interested in the bout. He wrote Friday, “……I’d do it.” Goldberg last competed for WWE at WrestleMania XX in a match against Lesnar with “Stone Cold” Steve Austin serving as special guest referee. The match garnered a hostile reaction from the audience due to knowledge that both competitors were leaving the promotion. After Goldberg defeated Lesnar, both wrestlers were met with a Stone Cold Stunner. Meanwhile, Goldberg still apparently views Chris Jericho in a negative light nine years after the two last worked together. A fan wrote to the former wrestling champion Monday, “Y2J sucks u should have came out there & speared him.” He responded, “Would have been my pleasure.”

I doubt it'd happen, but I think a brief (at least, if nothing else) return of Lesnar and Goldberg (as well as Bobby Lashley) would be fun to watch.

Goldberg/Lesnar 2.
I have no idea how to react to this prospect.

I interpreted it as he would MMA fight him at mania. And I couldn't be less interested and I bet Dana White would have something to say about that as well. Fake or Fixed or whatever it's still Brock doing an mma bout after retiring early from UFC.

Like I say every time a past star wants to come back: if he does, I'll wait to see what they do with him before I make my judgement.

Goldberg seems to tease a return to wrestling every other week. Hard to really give a f*** anymore.

With all the guys who'd be willing to come back for "one more match" Goldberg thinks that the one fans want to see is one that's already happened and got boo'd out of the building. Goldberg is willing to have one more match?
Goldberg vs Cena Goldberg vs Undertaker Goldberg vs Austin (because seriously, how did this not happen!?!?)
You know what? Screw it. Huge guys who were massively popular for a few years before dropping out of wrestling forever triple threat match. Lesnar vs Goldberg vs Warrior.

See they actually could, and could've back then, had a good match worth seeing. That's what made that display at XX doubly disappointing.

Only if he still does that slow breathe-in/rub body/snapping thing before he goes for the Jackhammer.
