I'd rather see him as a surprise entrant at a Royal Rumble and destroy a few jobbers before being eliminated juste before the last 5.

I think his price would be too high. He'd want to get paid like Goldberg from 10 years ago, but his star power has gone a lot. A shortish run as a big impact guy would be fine if they didn't have to pay him like an all-time great.

If it was Goldberg vs Undertaker @ Mania, streak vs (former) streak, i'd watch.

I'd much rather see Goldberg/Taker or Lesnar/Taker at Wrestlemania instead of Taker/Trips and Goldberg/Lesnar.

I want to see Goldberg in the Rumble and tear s*** up before getting eliminated.
EDIT: Posted before reading the thread and I saw the post at the top, which I basically copied (unintentionally) haha. But yeah. Great minds think alike (?)

I want to see Goldberg come in the Rumble just to get eliminated by Heath Slater. I do not like Goldberg at all.

I suppose I'm in the minority of people who want to see Goldberg/Lesnar 2 since I think Lesnar has matured a lot and Goldberg would likely be less willing to phone it in if it was a one off match as opposed to his last match. Maybe this time around, they'll get the result right.

Well, the last time Goldberg was in WWE, so too was Nash. It would seem like they could do a repeat of the Royal Rumble return just like with Diesel- like others have said.

I don't get why guys like Goldberg, Warrior, etc don't seem to be up for little one-off things. The Rumble. An occasional guest spot. Other guys are usually game. "Hey, we're gonna be in the area doing a show. Wanna come by and say hi to your fans for old time's sake? We're all gonna hang out afterwards."
Maybe not a match, or a return, or anything beyond a quick "Hey, look who's here!" bit. Hell, give 'em seats (or a skybox) and just mention them after coming back from the break.

In Goldberg's case, look who was in his ear towards WCW's end? He's just about modeled how he's run his career after Hogan. Not enough money or exposure? No Goldberg.

Depends on the crowd, if this happens it will be a one off and they'll probably leave after Wrestlemania and walk off happily with a legends contract, Brock hates being on the road and Goldberg is no spring chicken so I don't see them staying for more than a month, if the crowd knows that then they'll get the same reaction they did at XX.

Goldberg vs Lesnar? No. It would be a disaster.
But they should be brought back for matches against different opponents.
I'd go with Cena vs Goldberg and Triple H vs Lesnar.

Goldust seems to tease a return to wrestling every other week. Hard to really give a f*** anymore. I'm imaging Goldust acting like Goldberg now. Its pretty funny. Haha, Freudian slip I guess. Actually, I'd be more excited to see Goldust vs Lesnar at Wrestlemania come to think of it.

I interpreted it as he would MMA fight him at mania. And I couldn't be less interested and I bet Dana White would have something to say about that as well. Fake or Fixed or whatever it's still Brock doing an mma bout after retiring early from UFC. Brock wouldn't comeback until his contract expires. That means there wouldn't be a damn thing Dan White could do about it.

I wouldn't blame the Warrior for not wanting to appear, after the unjustified and insulting DVD they released about him.

See they actually could, and could've back then, had a good match worth seeing. That's what made that display at XX doubly disappointing. Absolutely. Lesnar was/is an underrated worker, and Goldberg could have good matches when called upon. I was looking forward to that match.....then it happened
