For a moment there I thought you were serious, and I was like "What the hell IS it with DC and movies?"

Man, King, even your film threads have a sinister undertone to them.

That Marshall Fine guy compared this movie to the Michael Bay Transformers franchise? How the hell does that even make sense?

I am so glad they are done with the franchise, but I am looking forward to seeing it all the same

That Marshall Fine guy compared this movie to the Michael Bay Transformers franchise? How the hell does that even make sense? Are you really going to let one guy's opinion matter? I only look at the percentages and 96% of people disagree with him, so I couldn't care less about his sorry ass opinion.

Of course not, I'm going to watch this movie regardless of what a few critics say about it. I just don't understand why he would make that connection.

This thread in a weird way disappointed me. If this were true, I'd actually be looking forward to the movie just to see how the hell they screwed it up so badly. As it is? Meh. Seeing it for the midnight premiere, but I'm really not feeling it.

Armond, did you steal Ghidorah's account?

That Marshall Fine guy compared this movie to the Michael Bay Transformers franchise? How the hell does that even make sense? For a movie like this, making a statement like that when most of the general consensus will give this movie a positive review equals more hits to his review, more comments about his review. In lament's terms, it's the Armond Effect in full swing.

In proportion to the hype this sequel's been getting, had the RT score been somewhere between 65-70%, I would have agreed with this thread's title.

The way the movie ends I dont know. Being a huge Batfan it could kill it for me. Im trying to keep an open mind here. Loved the first two.

Lord, I hate the Rotten Tomatoes masses who come to the one bad review of an otherwise well-reviewed movie. When all those people bumrush the one critic who has the gall to say that Toy Story 3 or The Dark Knight Rises or The Avengers or whatever movie isn't TOTALLY PERFECT TO EVERYONE, hundreds of people just jump on his ass and flame him. Just terrible. This thread in a weird way disappointed me. If this were true, I'd actually be looking forward to the movie just to see how the hell they screwed it up so badly. As it is? Meh. Seeing it for the midnight premiere, but I'm really not feeling it. I really can't fathom the point of seeing a midnight premiere for a movie you are meh on. That means getting top-notch tickets and being like, "Who cares?" I mean, why bother seeing it so early if you don't give a s***? This sounds like negativity for the sake of negativity.

Just terrible. And indeed, one of the reasons why I think these huge movies with cult followings are going to be critically liked for a while yet. No one wants to turn a particularly vicious and vocal part of the internet against them
