Not sure if anyone else besides me plans on auditioning, but the 5 cities for next year are
Charleston, South Carolina Denver, Colorado Long Island, New York Los Angeles, California and New Orleans, Louisiana
This sucks, because unless I send in an audition via online, the only one I can make it to is LA

Sucks that Reid won't be back, he was the best, most qualified judge.
Two of the other "mentors" are a chick that has to lip-synch and 20yr-old that has had a couple throw-away pop hits. Nicole and Paula were meh but better than those two.

He compared Emblem 3, who just got voted off, to the Beatles. Good riddance.

Well to be fair, Emblem3 were being compared as Teen Heartthrobs. Basically One Direction Syndrome.
So while we are on the subject, who is winning this year?
And by the way......Demi and Britney are more interactive eapecially with their acts then Nicole and Paula.

I think Tate will win. But Carly Rose is amazing. I'd be fine with either of them winning.

Been watching series 2 on ITV2 in the UK. For a 13 year old Carly Rose has one hell of an adult singing voice. Tate sings country and his versions of the songs he sings come out amazing. Amazing voice aswell, he might just win it, though for the last few weeks he's been fighting the top spot against Carly Rose.
I don't know why, but i just get a 'female Westlife' vibe from Fifth Harmony. It's kinda odd.

Quick Question for UK X Factor Fans: How does the finals work? It's 2 days like over here, but someone is eliminated the first night AND the second night? That has always confused me
As for who I think is gonna win, It is Carly Rose all the way (Although, this past show both her song choices were bad IMO)
I like Fifth Harmony, and I get more of a Pussycat Dolls meets Little Mix feel to them, but I can not see them winning. Although their rendition of Ellie Goulding's "Anything Can Happen" was amazing
Tate....I like him, I really do, but I can't stand his song choices. Maybe it's just because some country rubs me off the wroing way, but honest to god when he performs I fall asleep. No doubt he is gonna be a big country star, but I just can't see him winning

Quick Question for UK X Factor Fans: How does the finals work? It's 2 days like over here, but someone is eliminated the first night AND the second night? That has always confused me The UK final, assuming that's what you meant, works like this. There are 3 finalists, who sing two songs on the first night, 1 with a theme (this year being a dedication to a loved one) and the second with their mentor, as Nicole had two acts in out final she sang with both. The act with the lowest number of votes after them performances is then voted off leaving a straight shoot out between the final 2 on the second night Night two of the final sees the final two sing their best song from the series first then later singing the winner's song. This year was a slight change up from past years as two weeks beforehand then then four remaining acts chose individual cover songs to release rather than the standard set song for all. The winner is then chosen after all phone/text votes from across the two nights are counted for and does a repeat performance of the winning song as their debut single

Think it's funny that there are five members of 5th Harmony and they still require several back-up vocalists.
I prefer Carly but would be OK with Tate winning. After that the drop-off is pretty considerable, don't think any of the other acts have really compared to those two.

So for the Uk Final, both shows are the first half performances and the second half filler and results

Pretty much yeah, they tend to put the filler between the performances though

Ah ok.
Speaking of UK, I hated that my 3 favorite acts lost this year in MK1, Lucy Spraggan, and Rylan Clark

So, LA Reid is gone and we got Britney gone. I would love to think that after dealing with the talentless bimbo that is Nicki Minaj, Mariah goes on the X Factor. I don't know who will replace LA Reid, but it should be someone really good.

Didn't like having Spears there anyway. Hope her replacement provides something more than name-recognition.
