Are there ever things about an electronic device that you don't understand? For instance: Why does almost every device aside from phones that have cameras end up having the worst picture quality imaginable? Like, The PS Vita, 3DS, all the iPads from what I've seen, and the iPod touch 4 all have awful camearas built-in. Is it because of cost? Because when I think of buying an expensive electronic, I'm not sure I want anything to be "cheap" on it. Also, how come laptops aren't upgradable graphics-wise? I know that it's a compact computer, but some level of customization would be nice.

I don't really get the 3D trend. Movies, TV, fine. Cell phones? Really?

I'm guessing that since cameras aren't their main purpose, they aren't the manufacturer's main priority. All those items won't be used by a professional photographer or anything, but the quality is at least decent enough to be uploaded to someone's social networking account.

I don't understand how phones have somehow gotten more fragile and easier to break rather than the nigh-on indestructible phones of the 90s.
I use an old, 90s era Nokia that will never break. Whereas my brother has gone through 3 expensive phones in 2 years and a friend has gone through 4 in the same time. Would have thought it'd be the old technology that breaks easy and is unreliable, with phones getting more durable and harder to break as technology advances.

To be fair, when the entirety of the phone is pretty much a screen it does kind of invite accidents to occur. Also, I agree about 3D phones. Can't imagine that having a practical purpose.

Everything is made cheaper as well so you will break it and have to buy another one. I don't think companies want you to buy one of something and be happy

I don't understand why we still have video/audio format compatibility issues in 2012.
Also, I don't understand why I have to keep ticking "date modified" in Windows Vista whenever I download something. It doesn't stick, and it prioritizes crap like "ratings" that nobody ever uses. Wouldn't I want to organize things by how recent they are? Why does it keep hiding itself?
iTunes did the same thing to me recently. It randomly deleted by Last Added playlist option. Like...what? That's one of the most useful things you can have in terms of getting the content you want as easily as possible.

Why the fun don't companies that make inkjet printers use the same cartridge for all of their machines.
If you have an HP, you need THIS one! If you have a Lexmark, you need THAT one!
I guess that's more a problem with the companies...

I guess that's more a problem with the companies... My god, do I agree with you on this. At least for HP, most of their printers use the same style of holder for the cartridges so it would be pretty easy to just make them all the same size and shape. The fact they don't is strange.
