Kash and Shaw are up for a match against any team from anywhere but Kash could do a singles match if that'd be easier.
King is good either way but will promo none the less to celebrate another victory over Kurt Angle.

For best results, always send things to both of us.

Starting promos now. Would have done them sooner but I've been swamped with things today. Will hopefully still get both in before show time.

{Spoiler}Rockstar Spud apparently won the TNA British Boot Camp show. Thus I assume he's won a contract with the company. So I guess he's also up for selection to anyone interested.

JB: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!
JB: Introducing first, accompanied to the ring by Hernandez, from Toronto, Onatario, Canada, weighing in at 240 pounds, Bobby Roode!
Good evening and welcome to TNA Impact, we have no time for pleasantries tonight, the card is too stacked with great matches.
Last week Bobby Roode and Hernandez were responsible for a brutal assault on D'Angelo Dinero. Thanks to that we've learned that D'Angelo will be on the shelf for an indeterminate amount of time.
It's unfortunate, but you know, Mike? I understand their logic! Roode was looking to send a message to the entire locker room and that's just what he did. Tonight he's looking to do the same thing to Kash.
We cut backstage to Kid Kash and Sam Shaw.
So things aren't exactly going to plan, are they?
What do you mean? We became world tag team champions. We won our match last week. Seems like everything is going alright to me.
Yeah, that stuff is obviously great but last week, you said you wanted to focus on the future, specifically in the tag team division.
I still do.
So why rather than a tag team match, are you booked against Bobby Roode tonight?
Number one, I don't book things around here. We've been over that before. It's not like I can just request my own matches week in week out. Number two, the odd singles match here and there doesn't mean I've forgotten all about these titles. I'm sure over the next few weeks and months, you'll probably have a few singles matches too. It's no big deal. Number three and this is the most important one. Bobby Roode probably has an eye on our gold.
What makes you think that? After that run with the Television Championship, wouldn't he be going after the World Championship instead?
You have to remember that while Bobby Roode has been his own man as of late, he's no stranger to tag team wrestling either. He was a champion as apart of both Team Canada and Beer Money. Now he's got Hernandez in his corner, another guy who knows what he's doing in two on two situations. If those two want the shot, I welcome them but that doesn't mean we're going to make it easy.
Bobby Roode is a hell of a talent, probably the future of this business but I've still got a couple of good years left in me and if I can beat him tonight, it sends a strong message, not only to him and Super Mex but to any other potential future challengers.
So what's the plan for tonight?
Roode's definitely a student of the game so he's probably spent the last week watching some of my old matches. However, I've got plenty of experience on my side and I've forgotten more things about wrestling than Roode has ever learnt. I might have to pull a few old tricks out the bag but all being well, I should be able to handle it. My biggest concern is Roode's entourage at ringside. For some reason, Roode doesn't think his natural ability alone is enough and often resorts to cheating. That's why I need you to be out with me tonight. The second you smell a rat, you find it and you drown it. Understood?
I've got your back.
Kash and Shaw head to the ring.
JB: And his opponent, accompanied to the ring by Sam Shaw, from Johnson City, Tennessee, weighing in at 202 pounds, he is one half of the TNA Tag Team Champions, Kid Kash!
Kash has a tall order ahead of him here tonight. He's fared well in tag team contests, but tonight he stands on his own two feet against the impressive Bobby Roode.
Roode is a ruthless man. He'll do whatever it takes to take Kash down. And honestly I think that after tonight he may be able to make a good case about a future tag title shot.

Roode goes for a clothesline, Kash ducks and hits a dropkick.
Kash grabs Roode's arms and pulls him up off the mat.

JB: Here is your winner, Kid Kash!!!
A very impressive win for Kid Kash, defeating a former TV and Tag champion.
But can he continue this momentum and claim gold of his own?
Right now, let's head to the back.

JB: The following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall!
JB: Introducing first, respectively from Chicago, Illinois and Phoenix, Arizona, at a combined weight of 584 pounds, Luke Gallows and Mike Knox!
A new tandem here, Knox and Gallows are looking to make a name of themselves here tonight. Gallows has been unstoppable since he's shown up and tonight he and Knox may end up hurting somebody.
Oh there's no doubt they will, Mike. These two are outright bruisers, plain and simple. They live to inflict pain and punishment! Definitely not a pair you want to get on the wrong side of
JB: And their opponents, respectively from Cameron, North Carolina and Brooklyn New York, at a combined weight of 365 pounds, Jeff Hardy and DJ Red, Team MCOD!
Here come the fruit loops.
Now that's uncalled for. Jeff and DJ may be a little out there, but they are still a very accomplished team.
Well sure, but tonight they are in the fight for their life. Knox and Gallows are hungry for blood and Hardy and Red are just the appetizers.

I hate writing finishes more than life itself.
Especially when it erases itself 90% of the way through.

Gallows pummels Hardy in the corner, Jeff elbows Luke in the jaw and dives for the corner to tag in Red.
But before he gets there, Red hops off the apron and walks out.
Hardy is puzzled as Gallows spins him around and hits the B.E.N.

JB: Here are your winners, Luke Gallows and Mike Knox!
I cannot believe Red would abandon Hardy like that.
I can, he's a nut job, probably got distracted by a shiny object.
We'll be right back.
