If you don't watch NXT what's your impression of the show based on what people discuss here (and elsewhere) and the recent glut of main-roster débuts?

By all accounts, the show sounds great. They're starting to come close to debuting too many guys at once though.

I don't follow it, when I'm browsing hulu i'll ocasionally stick it on (very rare) when I do I enjoy seeing what the new workers are like, I usually don't finish the show though as they seem to go for 20 minute main events which i give up on(i don't understand why the people who are meant to be being taught how to work the WWE TV style are fighting such long matches), it has good wrestling, but the lackluster storylines and lack of entertaining angles make it kind of boring. They should really be doing things to help the workers develop their personas a bit more instead of just sticking them all in matches with the ocasional basic "I dont like you, I dont like you either, lets fight next week" angle.
I like hearing some Regal announcing though, not too keen on the guy who sounds like Joey Styles crossbread with Microsoft Sam, he really sucks, also I don't see the point in having Jim Ross calling random matches instead of the whole show.
maybe I'm just bitter over them cancelling NXT Redemption and replacing it with what it essientally FCW with better production and more than 10 audience members.

nxt isn't about storylines it's just about wrestling and that makes it better than wwe imo

nxt isn't about storylines it's just about wrestling and that makes it better than wwe imo But it's the developmental program for WWE which is more about storylines than wrestling so they should be doing things to prepare the talent for the main roster instead of just sticking them in matches they could be having at any indie promotion anyway

I have no impression of it, honestly. I don't follow the NXT threads or do any kind of research on the show, it hardly exists to me, so I have no idea of what to think about it.

Really, that's all they need.

It sounds like it has a lot of great wrestling but not enough insanity like the good ol' neverending NXT season whatever was. Like, it sounds like it has no storylines or no interesting storylines from what I've been hearing and it's just about wrestling. And that would bore the hell outta me.

So if that's not your type of wrestling, then it probably would bore you.

I didn't bother with it untill someone showed me a clip of Bray Wyatt. Now I'm all over the show.

I never got into the new NXT, it just doesn't feel important to me (while for some reason, FCW at least did a little bit).
I do try to find certain things though like if Big E Langston is wrestling or something interesting happens on the show.

I don't really follow it too much, but I'm sure it's got to be more coherent these days.
My only impression of anything NXT during the Redemption series was "LOL WUT".
