Proposed new Miami Dolphins logo Don't like it. Looks too generic. And where the f*** is the dolphin's helmet?! His helmet is one of the iconic parts of the logo.

I prefer the angry looking dolphin with the helmet. It's cute.

Osi is definitely done after this year. He restructured his contract during the offseason last year, but he still has this year left on his deal. Tuck on the other hand, is underperforming too much for the contract that they gave him. I wouldn't be surprised if the Giants cut him and he found himself playing for an NFC South team and reigniting his career down there. On the positive side, maybe the release of two mainstays will bring Kiwanuka back to his natural position on the defensive line. I see a lot of people getting shown the door before their contracts are up on that defense, in the form of Tuck, Webster, Canty and Rolle. I see Kenny Phillips going because he's far too injured to get a proper payday and Stevie Brown has all but replaced him. But as I said before, the defense can suck with or without those guys in the lineup. Hell, I'd really like to see Gilbride and Fewell get axed in the offseason. The Giants are too good a team to have such long-running series of lapses on both offense and defense. I think Rolle stays because he's great in his natural position as a free safety. But he's had to play just about every other secondary position due to injury. I do see Phillips and Webster going and getting more durable DB's in the offseason. I'd love to see Rolle play at least one season in his regular position without being shuffled around. I also think Chase Blackburn and Will Beatty go depending on who the Giants can get in the draft (I really hope they draft line this year because they're fine in underdeveloped RB and WR and need to work on the ones they got instead of drafting new ones). And I think Diehl might be in trouble. He's getting older and spends way more time playing hurt or out than at 100%. The O-Line fell apart about the time Sean Locklear went down for the season, so I hope he can come back healthy. Baas is probably sticking around as he's been pretty good at Center. Not great, but not terrible. And Snee's going to be around as long as Coughlin coaches or unless he gets a divorce.

Proposed new Miami Dolphins logo I don't hate it, actually. I mean, it does look a little generic, but it's not awful by any means.

Not only does Drew Brees have a shot at becoming the 1st player in NFL history to throw for 5,000 yards in consecutive seasons, Matthew Stafford and Tom Brady could join him as well.
Brees needs 219 yards to reach 5,000, Stafford 305, and Brady 457

Brian Hoyer will be the Cardinals' starting quarterback for Sunday's finale against the 49ers.
Tim Tebow denies asking out of the Jets' Wildcat package last week, and says his Friday conversation with coach Rex Ryan was simply to reiterate "he would do anything to help."

The Pro Bowl rosters are out, Chiefs have 5 Pro Bowlers (Eric Berry, Jamaal Charles, Dustin Colquitt, Tamba Hali, Derrick Johnson).
Let me repeat: The 2 win Chiefs have 5 Pro Bowlers.

Alright, so I looked at Yahoo's playoff scenario. Dallas' is simple: win, you're in. Lose, you're done. That's it. Beat the Redskins, win the East. Lose, and the Redskins are the NFC East Champions.
Why do I have this foreboding feeling that we are totally F***ED!!!

Well, to be fair, Charles has been beastly and the defense at times isn't completely horrendous. They're not as bad as Buffalo or Tennessee. The Chiefs offensive players (i.e. not Charles and the O-Line) are what's killed them. These 5 guys are NOT to entirely blame for their losses.

I will happily agree with Charles, Colquitt and Johnson making it. They're play on the field deserved it. Berry, on the other hand, has had a really bad year, mostly do to the fact he can't cover a TE to save his life. Tamba has had an okay year, but Justin Houston has been a much better player and should be the OLB to go to the Pro Bowl.

So, who's the 'He's only a Pro Bowler because of popularity, not prodcution?' standout this year?

So, who does everyone think will win Coach of the Year?
To me, its Chuck Pagano, and it's not even close.

Let's not pay any attention to the Pro Bowl. More than half those players won't end up there anyways. Tom Brady didn't go in 2006, 2007, 2009, 2010, and 2011

Considering the circumstances with the Colts, this could be a situation where Pagano and Arians are both awarded as co-coaches.
Non-Colts, there are some decent COTY candidates- Pete Carroll (did anyone think Seattle would be THIS good?), Leslie Frazier (massive overachievment in Minnesota)

Shannahan? I know a lot of the credit for their success goes to RG3 but overall as a team they have improved dramatically and I think will win the division for the first time in 14 years.
