They are doing everything perfectly right with this group and debut. I see WWE champion potential for all three of these guys. The same as when Cena, Batista, and Orton all debuted.
My only problem is I am tired of seeing them do the triple person powerbomb. I feel it would look more of effective if Reigns did the powerbomb and the other two did their respected finishers on them after. It looked good on RyBack the first few times, but it just seems to have run its course..
Other than that I haven't heard or read anybody complaining about the group at all.

Reigns is a decent sized guy, but I think WWE might think that he's too small to do a powerbomb unassisted. You never really see guys of his size and below doing a powerbomb except as a counter.

I think Rollins is the weak link. Everytime he talks or really does anything besides wrestle he comes off extremely forced and awkward.

I disagree the Powerbomb shows unity. I don't want another Nexus where they all hit their finishers

I disagree the Powerbomb shows unity. I don't want another Nexus where they all hit their finishers I like stables, and like that the powerbomb shows unity. But I do think the members of stables need to show some semblance of individuality, and aside from Ambrose's signature "Act Really Drunk/Stoned" schtick and Rollins' insatiable need to hug Reigns every five seconds, they have nothing that sets them apart. Nexus did somewhat of a good job at getting them over as individuals.

Rollins' insatiable need to hug Reigns every five seconds Seriously, what's up with that? It's even worse because Reigns totally ignores it.

I think Rollins sticks out as the oddball. Ambrose is the captain but also eccentric one, Reigns is the muscle and Rollins is like the little emo brother with two tone hair.

I really liked the knee drop they did on Sin Cara. They should do more of that.

They establishing themselves as a single minded unit with with the triple power bomb. They haven't had any singles matches yet, so they won't be busting out individual finishers in their beatdowns like the Nexus did.

Personally, I say if they're down, keep them down

They should do a debilitating triple-bearhug move, like what the Yeti put on Hulk Hogan back in the day.
Nothing would be better than watching Ryback struggle helplessly while the 3-man wolfpack of the Shield grasped hands and awkwardly gyrated against him.

And many confused feelings were created that day...

Kidding aside, the 3 man powerbomb is great, and I like the Seth Rollins knee drop a lot. I would like to see a 3 man move that has Ambrose delivering the blow used as well, but I don't know what would suit him.

When they branch out a bit more, I'd like them to end a beat down with Rollin's Superkick to a kneeling wrestler which I guess they won't call Avada Kedavra anymore but who knows. He can also do the Blackout and the shiranui/sliced bread #2. Ambrose can use his submissions (Crossface Chicken wing and the Regal Stretch), Regal's Knee Trembler, as well as his take on Beth's old Glam Slam move. He was using the Air Raid Crash too but if Sheamus continues to use it, I don't see it being used. They have the moves, just a matter of putting them together for beatdowns without it becoming just a bunch of finishers.
