And boom goes the dynamite. It was another hard fight, but Vader ultimately managed to nail Akiyama with the Vaderbomb, and a huge Moonsault to put the match away for good.
Now there are seven champions left, so starting tomorrow, there will be two singles matches, followed by a triple threat.

Alright, I'm back to keep this going. We're into round 4, and I suppose we'll stick with five votes. For the first match.... *Sigh* It's a damn shame this one has to happen now, but here goes.......... In the past three rounds, he's beaten Akebono, Bob Sapp, and Hiroshi Tanahashi. Now, he goes up against his greatest challenge. Master of the Burning Hammer, Kenta Kobashi! So far he's beaten Masakatsu Funaki, Akira Taue, and Toshiaki Kawada. And now he faces his most persistent foe. NOAH figurehead, Mitsuharu Misawa!

Well, Kobashi finally deemed it necessary to unleash the BURNING HAMMAAAAAAAAAA! No one has ever kicked out of it, and Misawa is no different. Next match seems to be interesting. He's had upset win after upset win, beating Yoshihiro Takayama, Takeshi Rikio, and Stan Hansen. Now, he goes after an elder statesman of the game. Representing nWo Japan, Masahiro Chono! Having beaten Tadao Yasuda, Jumbo Tsuruta, and Shinya Hashimoto, he has another challenge lined up. The one and only Antonio Inoki!

Simmed it on VPW2. Chono seemed to rely on the Kenka Kick but most of the time, it backfired. Lots of STFs and Abdominal Stretches. Inoki did his Enzuigiri to Chono and then Chono did one of his own. Really cool. Inoki was gaining momentum and when he got to his special status, Chono ran to him with a Kenka Kick but Inoki caught it, spun him around, and applied the Manji-Gatame(Octopus Hold), forcing Chono to tap.
My vote goes to the winner, Inoki!

Now it's 4-3. Will Chono pull off another upset?

And Chono pulls off another upset, surprising Inoki with the Kenka Kick to get the big win. Now, it's time for the triple threat match, between three very tough competitors. Instead of doing process of elimination, you're all going to vote on the WINNER. Now, the contestants..... Hiroyoshi Tenzan, Riki Choshu, and Jun Akiyama are his casualties thus far. Now, he's going up against two of the greatest. Yet again, Big Van Vader! With his mist, he has befallen Salmon Hashimikov, Satoshi Kojima, and Yuji Nagata. Now, he deals with a big man and a technical master. Can dirty tactics earn the win for the Great Muta? And finally, the man whose victims compose of Shinsuke Nakamura, Kazuyuki Fujita, and Naomichi Marufuji. Will his jack-of-all-stats style help him overcome his viscous opponents? Once again, the Macho Dragon, Tatsumi Fujinami!
